"I paid for priority shipping for the knife because I needed it quickly. It took over a week to even leave the store. I never received a shipping confirmation. When I emailed to complain, I received a stock response with a link to check the status of my order...the same link that was provided in the original order confirmation. No customer service and poor shipping practices."
