Customer service never wants to return shipping cost or give a discount either. 3 out of 5 orders were wrong and one they did not allow me to return. The third time, they sent me what I ordered and let me keep the incorrect item. The only reason I still order from them is because my dog has severe allergies and can only have venison shins.
