"I won't shop here again. First thru the internet I am charged certain amount. Then later they call us to sell more stuff, and mail in rebate is disclosed at that time, thus increasing the amount. Finally the shipping charges are jumped up based on the total. They are trying to attract you by first offering a lower price - Cheaters"

"BEWARE! They are bunch of crooks that run a multitude of related and ever-changing on-line stores based in Brooklyn NY. Their "too good to be true" prices also attracted my attention. However, I did my homework before ordering:

My advice: call them BEFORE placing any order and you will find out exactly what I did: if it's too good to be true, it probably is."

"I ordered a Nikon Coolpix 3200. I received an email asking me to call their toll-free number. When I called, the rep tried to sell me all kinds of extras, including the factory warranty, internal memory chip, usb cable, video cable, and software, all of which was supposed to come with the camera. He said that for an additional $40 or so I could get what was promised me when I placed the order.

The rep indicated that the item was an intenational order and would take 6 to 10 weeks to arrive. The website had none of this information and said that the order would ship in 24 to 48 hours.

The item I ordered was grossly misrepresented. I had the rep cancel my order. I will never deal with www.bestchoicedigital.com again."

" SCAM! STAY AWAY! MANY BROOKLYN AND NEW JERSEY STORES PLAY THIS SAME SCAM-DO YOUR HOMEWORK. They list low priced electronics, then they strip away batteries, chargers and other accessories. After a couple of days you an email telling you that you have to call them to complete the order (they dont email an order confirmation after you order online). After you call them (and wait on hold) they ask you "Oh, did you want a battery?" You say, "Doesn't it come with a battery?" They say, "No, you need to order accessories separately." The prices for their accessories are 2-3 times more expensive then they are worth, so if you order from them, your total price is greater than buying it somewhere else. It is safer to go to a large, reputable store and pay more. SINCE THEY ARE NOT AN AUTHORIZED VENDOR, ANY REBATES YOU SEND FROM PRODUCTS BOUGHT FROM THEM WILL NOT BE HONORED."

"This company is the worst. It offers good prices then tells you they are not for the US market and do not have batteries, card, strap or warranty. A simple card upgrade will get you a full upgrade but when product arrives guess what, no card upgrade! Hard to reach, expensive to return because of a 5% restocking fee. Increase in shipping costs also and no on-line receipt! DO NOT SHOP HERE"

"This vendor is highly unscrupulous and misrepresents their own product packages. When purchasing a digital camera online, I received an email requesting that I call them. Once I was able to reach the extension (after leaving two messages), I was told that the camera I was purchasing did not come with a battery or memory card. Those items would have to be purchased separately....although nowhere on their site did it indicate that they removed these integral parts of the factory-shipped camera. The customer service rep would not disclose his full name and would not provide the name of his supervisor....which leads me to believe that this behavior is encouraged company-wide. Vendors who encourage these "bait and switch" methods should realize that they could spend spend that time more wisely selling legitimate products/services than making their customers call them back only to learn that the proposed package is not as advertised. Unfortunate that they choose to do business in this manner.

"I canceled my order after being called and told that none of the stuff that is packed with this item from Canon is included. They tried to get me to purchase other items at an incredibly inflated price. Fom reading other review this sound real similar to what USA PhotoNation does. I am glad I canceled and bought elsewhere."

"I ordered a Canon 20D last evening from their web site after calling them and confirming that the camera was in stock and that it came with the full US warrantee. I called them today to request information regarding shipping date and when I would receive a tracking number. After spending a long time on hold, I was routed to John in Customer service who put me on hold while he "got the answers to my questions". Then I was disconnected. I called back, waited on hold, and finally got John again. He apologized for disconnecting and said his "computer was down and the technician said it would be up in 5 minutes" and would I please call back in 10 minutes. I said I'd call back later. When I got home from work there was a message to call them, they had the information. I called and was told they needed to verify my shipping info. Then he was very friendly and helpful, advising me to buy a battery (it comes with the camera), a charger (also standard), an AC adapter which I didn't need, and a spare battery or an extra capacity one, all declined. He than said, "OK, that's it then. You'll have your camera in about eight weeks". I told him I had been told it was in stock. He said "It is in stock. In our warehouse in Europe. That's how long it takes to ship air freight". I asked him why it takes 8 weeks for a package and only 6 hours for a person. He said "I'm not going to argue with you. That's how long it takes." At that point I said that I wasn't interested any more and to cancel my order. He said "OK" and hung up. FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED."

"1)The camera I had no indication that it was international, not USA.
2)Their customer service harassed me until I agreed to buy extra products which they lied and said I couldn't find a better deal. The memory card they sold me was twice as high as several other places I looked.
3)They are lying about the warranty. They state that you only have a 90 day warranty, the warranty is for a full year.
4) I tried to call back and cancel the order 15 minutes after the order was placed. I was told I would have a 15% restock fee. I told them about how I was misled, they didn't care. They kept saying they only made XX amount on the deal and that I will not find a better deal. This is a lie, I found 3 different places that have better pricing. So, now I have to wait 4-5 days to get the order, turn around and request a return number, send the package back and wait 2-3 weeks for them to credit my card. I was orignally told that they would still charge me 15%, however, when I read their policy to them, they seemed to back off of this. I will bet anything they still try to add this charge."
