While placing orders at various sites for items I need to replace, I placed an order on BestByte for a Zalman fan and a few fan screws. I chose the standard shipping which was included, and paid by PayPal. They refunded my payment of $4.70 and told me "Incorrect payment amount. Invoice total is $7.17. Please reorder or resend the correct amount.." I still have the invoice (as well as being able to still view it online) showing the following:  
 
Subtotal: $4.70  
Tax: $0.00  
Shipping & handling $0.00  
Grand Total $4.70  
 
Bait and switch? I don't know, but not very great customer service. I would never expect to have to pay more than an invoice is actually for.

They had the best price I found on the internet for a rare cooling product. Shipping is very reasonable, and very fast. Also, there is an option to "Make an Offer" where if the company thinks your offer is reasonable, they will sell you the item at that price. Great!
