I ordered a Bello AVS2763HG TV stand and had immediate buyers remorse, as I only did a superficial search for the vendor feedback. Much to my chagrine, they showed up with a number of storefronts and very mixed rating although the price was excellent. I started planning out how I was going to contest this on my credit card bill when to my surprise, the box shows up 2 days later, even though the order is still "processing". The box was damaged and open but that was Fedex's fault (Fedex would probably not accept a box in that condition from the shipper). That said, the stand was in perfect condition and all parts were there.

Ordered panasonic plasma tv on 12/18/06. Told they were in stock and they had 50 of the units. Waited five days before calling to get tracking number that was suppose to be sent to me via email. Called customer service and waited 20 minutes. Finally got a guy named Jim Velez or so he stated. He told me that they could not ship the product because they were waiting for three proof of address documents required when an order is placed using the the particular credit company I used. I never was told that when I ordered and never received a fax regarding this until after I spoke to Jim. He went on to say that the panasonic I had order was on back order for a month. I informed him that when I ordered I was told they had 50 units. His response was they were all sold. Needless to say I cancelled the order. Don't get sucked in by this company. Buy somewhere else

Placed order over phone and got email conformation of order, shipping address etc within seconds. Dec 12th email stated TV was shipping. Received TV on Dec 14th by DHL. Fast service, good price. Highly recommend !!! Only extra I purchased was an extended in home service contract at a reasonable price

I had no problems with BestBuyPlasma. It took 4 days before my TV actually left the warehouse, but they shipped it 2nd-Day DHL, which was nice. It arrived today in excellent condition. I liked the email they sent asking to call for address confirmation. The representative was courteous. He tried to sell me a cable, but was easily warded off when I explained how I planned my setup. There was no pressure.

Order cancelled 24 hours after being placed and email confirmation received of cancellation.  
Five days later BestBuyPlasma debit my accounts for the cancelled order and has yet to refund and denys everything by email but refuses to talk with me by phone. Buyer beware, do not give these people access to your accounts. Law enforcement report made.

These people were operating under the guise of PlasmaBay.com when I purchased my LCD TV and wall mount. They shipped the TV but substituted the wall mount for a smaller, cheaper model but then upped the price to make it 'sort of' look like the one I ordered. They plagerized the shipping documents to reflect this but forgot that I had an original invoice copy that showed the correct part number. Their method is to deny, deny, deny. They have now redirected their email system to return my emails back to me. I'll have to fight this with the CC company.

BEWARE!! A very rocky transaction. TV ordered 5/4. Credit card charged immediately. Listed as shipped 5/9. UPS never received parcel. 3 emails to customer service unanswered. 7 calls to customer service--each time promise to find out problem and call back--no calls ever returned. 5/17 another bogus tracking number posted. Still no tv--still no returned calls. CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT CONTINUOUSLY DISHONEST

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE: Store run a bunch of crooks, liars and hooligans. BE WARNED. Never buy from these people. I ordered my $4000 TV from them and they kept me in the air for two weeks. Every time I called requesting shipping, they gave me a different lie. I finally, cancelled the order. If you want to keep your sanity, do not deal with these crooks.

I am 100% satisfied with Bestbuyplasma.com. The order was hassle free - they even gave me a better TV for a lower price! The TV was delivered in perfect condition for an unbelieveable low price! I went to circuit city the other day and they had the same TV for $2200 more than my purchase price! I am extremely pleased and I will be ordering another TV and DVD from these guys shortly...

First I was somewhat hesitant about buying from this merchant; however, I did see at another web site that they actually have a physical store.  
 
1/11/2006 received order confirmation. No call backs or hard sell.  
1/12/2006 received shipment notification.  
1/12/2006 arrived at fedex  
1/17/2006 fedex lost it (stolen)  
I called best buy plasma, the person who answered was concerned, polite, and compansionate he stated that I need to call fedex have them run a trace on it and then let him know the results of the trace and if they can't find it he will send me out a replacement.  
 
I called fedex and ordered a trace about 2 days later I got the result. I then told Best Buy Plasma the results and they stated they would send me out another one.  
 
1/20/2006 received order confirmation  
1/23/2006 received shipment notitifation; however, package was not actually given to fedex until 1/25/2006.  
 
1/28/2006 package delivered.  
 
I definitely would purchase from bestbuyplasma again.

Before purchasing from BBP, I came here to read reviews about the company, and if you are reading this review, you must be doing the same. I have to admit that I was a little leery of purchasing from them after reading the reviews posted here. I had called other companies and they did have my item in stock to be able to receive for the Super Bowl, so I decided to go ahead and give them a try.  
 
Wednesday, January 25th, 2006…  
I placed the order on the phone only because the website did not provide availability of the item (minor glitch). I called and asked them if this item was indeed in stock, he put me on hold and came back and stated that it was. I confirmed with him to be absolutely sure, that I wanted it by the Super Bowl and did not want to receive an email 3 days later stating that it was on back order. He confirmed that it was in stock and that I should receive the item 5-7 days from the order date. I placed the order and only told them to use Regular Ground on the shipping which was $79.95 for a 63 lb package. He did try and sell me the extended warranty, when I asked them if they were an authorized Sony Distributor. He stated that they were, then I said then it has the Sony 5 year warranty, correct? He verified and said yes, that was a good warranty from Sony. So I did not get the extended warranty.  
 
About 10 minutes later I received my confirmation email and later that afternoon I received an email stating  
 
“We are pleased to inform you that your order has been approved for shipment. Listed below are the items from your order ######## that have been sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping…. Orders are shipped out from over 20 different Distribution Centers across the US depending on product availability.  
 
THE SHIPPER'S TRACKING NUMBER AND INFORMATION FOR THIS SHIPMENT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.”  
 
The last line I did not like too much, since I was told that I should receive the item by that time, not just receive a tracking number. It also gave instructions on how to go to the website and track it via your account. I too had the same problem as cappyvito, that it did not create an account for me to track it online.  
 
Saturday, January 28th, 2006…  
I was taking apart my entertainment system to accommodate this monster of a receiver that should arrive sometime this coming week and the doorbell rings and it is FedEx, suhweeet!!! I have a very heavy package for you. I was ecstatic!  
 
So, almost to the hour, 36 hours later, I received my receiver, which is not only very fast, but in time to hook it up and use it for Super Bowl weekend.  
 
I can honestly say that my experience with BBP was wonderful and I will use them again!

Received an email from BestBuyPlasma...  
It was the Confirmation email that they stated I would receive in 3-5 days from time of shipment. As you can see above, I received my stuff on January 28th...

Very happy customer here. I was hesitant at first , but pulled a trigger after seeing a positive review from customer who purchased exactly the same item I was looking for (Bello - AVSC-2517MC TV stand). Great price, excellent service! Item was delivered to me in 4 days. No extra for “white glove” delivery – they actually brought the box inside the house. The only glitch they had is with their web site’s account setup.

BestBuyPlasma SUCKS. I attempted to purchase a 40" flat screen, plasma tv and was given the run-around. I placed my order on Oct 17, received an email confirmation of my order, etc and I felt comfortable that things were going as planned. Afterall, the ratings I read were pretty good and it seemed like a reputable online store. <Cut to 2 wks later> I hadn't heard anything (no phone call, no email, nothing) and began to worry that I made a mistake. I called their customer service number (btw, I *loved* how I got a recorded message "your estimated wait time is 3 minutes" for about 20 minutes) and when I finally got a hold of someone, he hung up on me. Now, I'm sure it was an accident but it was annoying nonetheless. So, I called back and finally spoke w/ someone named Arty. He told me BestBuyPlasma attempted to call me 2 days after my order was placed to verify I had indeed placed the order but could not reach me. I asked him why nobody left a message or why I had not received an email (I check my email everyday). He said he didn't know why and it was clearly a breakdown somewhere. Uhh .. nice. However, I wanted my plasma so I asked him to continue w/ the order and we'd use this phone call to act as my "verify customer placed the order" phone call. He agreed and things looked to be on track again. <Cut to 2 wks later> I get an email saying my credit card was denied. I immediately called them and asked what was going on b/c it was a card w/ a large maximum credit line (which I was nowhere near being close to). This guy told me he wasn't sure and I had to call my credit card company to figure out why. Annoying. The next day, I get an email saying my order was cancelled. Ummm, are you serious? Bottom line: Don't waste your time w/ them. Their customer service SUCKED. They were rude, condescending, and rushed through every phone call I had w/ them (w/ different ppl too!) making me feel as if nothing was accomplished over the phone. I wasted a month and a half dealing w/ them - I hope you don't waste ANY time w/ them!!!

I bought a Bello AVSC-2517MC stand for my DLP television. This is a bulky, heavy (120 lb) item that had to be shipped by truck freight. BBP's price was hundreds cheaper than other stores, and their shipping rate was reasonable - I spent a total of $490, more than $100 less than I found anywhere else.  
 
I received my order 5 days after I placed it. BBP had good communications throughout, and the truck freight company was professional, friendly, and quick.  
 
My sole criticism is that BBP's server did not create a user account for me, although I am fairly sure I took all the necessary steps, so I could not check order status while my order was enroute. I consider this a minor hiccup, and will definitely patronize BBP again when I need a product they sell.

CAREFULLY READ THEIR RETURN POLICY!!! BestBuyPlasma.com requires that you thoroughly inspect your package and make sure there is no damage BEFORE you sign for it. But, THEIR carrier does NOT allow you to inspect it until AFTER you sign for it. Sounds like no big deal? Well, you can't meet both of their requirements and you certainly will understand your problem when you receive an expensive TV that doesn't work and you contact Customer Service and they tell you that its not their problem. Shop elsewhere or beware!
