"Went here after cancelling with us1camera. A bit more expensive. Phoned and hit me with a 3% insurance charge which did not seem to be optional. Did try and sell me a warranty, but pleasant about it. Dealt with a guy named Moses. Always answer quickly when I phoned could get hold of Moses and also answered emails by the same fellow. I did have a problem in that the camaera was not in a sealed box and from the contents it was clear someone had been through it. The aa batteries were not in their shrinkwrap and a number of the items such as the camcorder battery were in their plastic bag but no longer had a tape to keep the bag closed. Moses told me since this was a professional (prosumer) camcorder they did not come in a sealed box but assurred me it was new. The camera did seem ok and having already had one ordered cancelled I was not keen to repeat. He did offer to refund the money and return postage and I could go ahead and check the camera was ok and still return it if dissatisfied. I am inclined to give this outfit the benefit of the doubt but if anyone knows whether it is true about the sealed box I would be interested in hearing it."
"Beware. Make sure you read the fine print with this company. Ordered a 60 inch sharp tv. FREE Shipping. Received call from them next day telling me there was a 149.00 extra charge for shipping due to size of tv. When i mentioned that it said free shipping the salesperson then said let me check and came back and told me it was only 99.00 for shipping. I once again said FREE shipping and he then said it wasnt for shipping but for insurance purposes. Then when I said cancel the order he got an attitude with me. Never will buy anything from this company"
"I have dealt with BestBuyPCS a number of times over the past few months, and have had excellent service from them each time. I have purchased large (55" - 65") TVs, both 3D and regular flat screen, as well as glasses and Blu-Ray players to go with them. They have delivered the itmes in excellent condition and in good time. I've had a couple of complications too, and they've come through with flying colors. Once was a problem with delivery, where the delivery company kept trying to deliver the TV at night, but it was for a business and needed to be delivered during working hours. The shipping company was really a pain to try to deal with directly, so I called BBPCS and they interceded and got it taken care of. Going above and beyond, IMO. Also, once I had to cancel a large TV order, and they handled it very professionally, minimizing the restocking fees. I've mostly dealt with Brittany, and she's been great. But even when I dealt with other people, everything was well handled. I heartily recommend them. "

"Ordered a Panasonic TCP58VT25 3D, paid for the upgraded shipping, it was delivered 11 calendar days later, but it had cracks in the screen. Everyone at every stage has been very professional, nice and I have been told the replacement will received expedited attention. The set did not arrive at my house on a pallet as advertised and I was disappointed that it arrived damaged, but I am hoping Best Buy P.C.S. does the right thing and gets the replacement here soon, as the season’s first football game is on tonight! I will update as appropriate."
"I purchased this bundle from Exclusive TVs 10 days ago. It was delivered 5 days after I placed my order. The delivery company called on the 2nd day after my order was placed and told me they can deliver it tomorrow(I was truly impressed with the speed) but next day(wendsday) they called and apologised and told me that the tv will be delivered friday. I was a little bit angry and called the Exclusive TVs. But Josh(the sales menager) resolved the problem in a few minutes in the best possible way and made me feel much better(he offered me something extra:))) for my little trobble) and asured that my order will be delivered friday by their truck. The delivery guy(very friendly) came at the sceduled time, lifted my 60" tv to my 3rd floor condo unit(no elivator) by himself(wow!!!), unpacked the box, attached the tv to the base and turned it on in order to make sure it was not demaged. Wow!!! I didn't expect a free white glove delivery. Let me tell you, guys: I'm very impressed and happy with my purchase. I was searching for this 3d tv(Sharp lc60le835u) for about 3 month. Finally found very good deal on Price Grabber(Exclusive TVs) but was was hesitent to order(who knows what could've happened) but finally decided to give it a shot and I'm really happy with my desision. Got one of the best 60" 3d TV on the market for a very low price(they increased the price this week) bundled with 3d blu ray player, 3d glasses and professional hdmi cable. Everything came brand new in a perfect condition. And the servece was exceptionally good( Thank You Exlusive, and, espessially ,Josh). I would highly recommend this company to everybody. Forget about Amazon. Exclusive TVs rules!!!"
"After hassling with the "rockbottom price" retailers for a high end Sony camcorder, I decided to try this retailer. The price was low, but not rockbottom, and the shipping was reasonable. Their web site did state a possible 2-5% surcharge for handling and insurance, and they did hit me with 2% on the purchase, but I got the item the next day at a total overall price that was good, but not amazing. They were straightforward and polite, and only made a passing attempt at selling the "accessory" package."
"Buyer Beware! Others have told you about their "free" shipping-I had the same experience-NOT FREE. But there are other problems too. If you need to return ANYTHING they charge you a 25% restocking fee. And before returning any item, (within 14 days), you must contact their Returns Department for Authorization! I can see that on large items such as TVs but on cables and 3D glasses -Oh, please! I would have lost $78.00 on “restocking” fees if I had returned the cable and 3D glasses I didn’t want. Speaking of cables...I ordered one to go from my TV to my Dish box. They talked me into getting a $100 cable which was totally not necessary - ok, maybe I should have done more research first but, still, they should have been more honest. But that’s not all- I found the $100 cable they sent me in a local store for 39.99. Total rip-off. However, the price on the TV I got was very good as was the delivery service. Nevertheless, I will not purchase from them again."

Paul in sales calls me and says that i need this and i need that. i say no but they keep pushing until i say ok i will take the extended warranty. then they send me a refurbished unit not a new one. again i email them customer service and sales and no response. buyer beware.
