I bought a Panasonic P65V10 for $3888 on 02/18/10. The very next day, Best Buy PCS dropped the price to $3288. I was told when I ordered that Best Buy PCS had a low price guarantee for a month and when I asked Best Buy PCS to honor it, they refused.  
Beware of deceptive trade practices by Best Buy PCS. All stores offer some type of low price guarantee and why cannot Best Buy PCS live behind its guarantee!

I bought $2400 LG 55LH90 television from BestbuyPCS and with the free shipping it was delivered to my home In about a week.  
 
The transaction was flawless, and I was allowed to pick my delivery time, date and 4-hour window.  
 
A salesman called to confirm my order and suggest upgraded delivery and an extended warranty, but was polite and not pushy.  
 
If the reseller has the item you want at the right price, you cannot expect a better transaction. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered and paid for Polk speakers advertised as "in stock" on BestBuyPcs' web page. The next day I received a call telling me they couldn't get those speakers for me and tried to sell me another set of more expensive speakers. I think that is called a bait and switch which is illegal in every state. They offered me $50 off but that was still $120 more than the original speakers I purchased. I understand things go out of stock but BestBuyPCS should have immediately remove the offer from its webpage and offered to send me the next level of speakers for the same price. I would have become a loyal customer at that point but instead they tried to "up sell" me. Poor form!

Did not honor my order after sending me order confirmation.  
First they did not give me any update after the order condirmation. When I called to check, I was told they will give me tracking number. Then it went silent again.  
When I called back again, I was told, it was sold out and they wanted to cancel my order.  
What I ordered was a massage chair.  
I will not order anything from them again.

I'm a stickler for good customer service and do almost all major purchases online. Having read a lot of these reviews here and at Nextag, I figured it was probably just a lot of hype, but these guys really are the best. I took the plunge and ordered a 50" plasma from them. Great communication, fast response and shipping and they seriously go out of there way to be as helpful as possible. Ask for Angel and he will tighten you up. You really can't go wrong with BestbuyPCS! And that's no hype!

I would like to say that bestbuypcs is one of the mostt professional site I have ever purchased from I buy online all the time and I perchased the samsung 8000 they shipped it from california and I live in ny I received in 3 days of shipping. They treated me like a peronal friend and not some number and even gave me a discount on the item and warrantee I will be shopping here again I'm a customer for life

Ordered a Roadmate 760 at a very competitive price. I received it in just 3 days ( PA to MA).  
I was emailed that the order was received and thanked for my business. Then I was emailed that the order was sent. If I could rate this retailer higher than 10 I would.

On May 6th, 2004, I purchased a digital camcorder from US1Camera taking into account that the website says that it will ship in 1 to 2 business days. After 2 business days have gone by, the website still says that my order was pending. Because of the urgency of this purchase, I went ahead and made the purchase of this camcorder at a local electronics store. Knowing that my purchase was still pending fulfillment, I went ahead and called in to cancel my order. Upon asking for a cancellation, I was told by the customer representative that they just received the items that day from their manufacturers and my order should ship soon. I asked why I was not told that they did not have the item in stock when the website said that it will ship in 24-48 hours. The customer representative did not answer and just told me that I will get my order soon. I then told the customer representative to cancel my order since I already made the purchase elsewhere. Then to my suprise, they said that they would charge me a 10% cancelation fee. This was in no way stated in their 'Policies and Services'. Upon further reading of their 'Policies and Services' I came across this statement that states: "In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order." US1Camera in no way notified me that they did not have the item in stock and no way stated that there was a cancelation fee on their policy page. Then I requested to speak with a supervisor or a manager. The manager was extremely rude screaming and yelling when I was trying to explain my situtation. I asked to simply cancel my order and he would tell me how stupid I was ordering on such a short deadline. Now he deliberately shipped my item to make it seem like I cancelled after the item was shipped, making me pay the restocking fee.

Went here after cancelling with us1camera. A bit more expensive. Phoned and hit me with a 3% insurance charge which did not seem to be optional. Did try and sell me a warranty, but pleasant about it. Dealt with a guy named Moses. Always answer quickly when I phoned could get hold of Moses and also answered emails by the same fellow. I did have a problem in that the camaera was not in a sealed box and from the contents it was clear someone had been through it. The aa batteries were not in their shrinkwrap and a number of the items such as the camcorder battery were in their plastic bag but no longer had a tape to keep the bag closed. Moses told me since this was a professional (prosumer) camcorder they did not come in a sealed box but assurred me it was new. The camera did seem ok and having already had one ordered cancelled I was not keen to repeat. He did offer to refund the money and return postage and I could go ahead and check the camera was ok and still return it if dissatisfied. I am inclined to give this outfit the benefit of the doubt but if anyone knows whether it is true about the sealed box I would be interested in hearing it.

I brought a Fujitsu 50" plasma set from this company for about $2,000 less than the amount asked by local shops. It arrived in a factory sealed box 4 days later. Their support and responsiveness has been excellent.

After hassling with the "rockbottom price" retailers for a high end Sony camcorder, I decided to try this retailer. The price was low, but not rockbottom, and the shipping was reasonable. Their web site did state a possible 2-5% surcharge for handling and insurance, and they did hit me with 2% on the purchase, but I got the item the next day at a total overall price that was good, but not amazing. They were straightforward and polite, and only made a passing attempt at selling the "accessory" package.
