Great store. Sent me a cheaper alternative to my JVC camcorder battery that worked much better than a previous alternate battery. It actually registered the full 240 minutes of charge as soon as I plugged it in (which another store's battery did not).

Ordered 5xDL-20 for this weekend shooting. Now I can film for 6 straight hours without worry about running out of juice. All batteries arrived in good shape. All batteries are 750mA, 30mA higher than the original battery that comes with my Sanyo XACTI VPC-CA9.  
 
Arrived within 2 weeks as promised from the website - at a good price. Shipping cost is a bit high since I have it shipped to Canada. :(

Some reviews were mixed but overall positive so, especially considering the low price, I gave them a chance. My order, two NB-6L for my new Canon D10 and 4 AA rechargeables for my other Canon, arrived in a timely manner. The first thing I noticed was the items came in plastic storage cases: two little plastic boxes for each NB-6L and a case for the 4 AA. A very nice touch that tells me this company cares about how their products are presented. It is also convenient having something to put the spare batteries in and reduce the likelihood of loosing or damaging them. I always seem to have one AA "jump" out of my camera case.  
SUBJECTIVELY the two NB-6L's SEEMED to not last as long as the battery that came with the camera. I can not claim that the usage was the same - one battery was used entirely for video so it may take more power to do. However, for the price I wouldn't mind if they don't last quite as long.  
I did have difficulty removing one of the NB-6L batteries from the camera. It took my girlfriends small fingers and fingernails to get it to come out. The factory battery and the other one I ordered pop right out like they are supposed to.

After several recharges and uses I can tell you these batteries don't hold a charge for long at all. That goes for both the NB-6L as well as the standard AA rechargeables I bought. The genuine Canon batteries Last for about a day while these last for 1-3 hours at best.

I have ordered from BestBatt.com several times. I always order the generic batteries because they are cheapest and have always worked for me. On my last order, I received a Samsung IA-BP85ST Replacement Li-Ion Rechargeable Camcorder Battery. The battery lasted about 5 minutes per charge which was useless. I contacted BestBatt.com and was able to upgrade to the true Samsung battery for the difference in cost. They sent me the new one before I had even returned the old one to them. Delivery is fast, prices are good and customer service is great.

I have ordered batteries twice from BestBatt and twice I was satisfied. What I received is exactly what I ordered and I was impressed by the speed at which the packages arrived (less than a week), even here in Quebec.  
 
For those complaining you do not receive the good items, read the description before you make an order, it is usually written «replacement» battery for … That is why you get these batteries for 1/4 of the retail price, they are not the original version.  
 
The ones I ordered are replacement batteries for a Klic-8000, they work fine and I have had no problems with them.  

My order came in 2 days! Happy,Happy.I ordered a VAR-L50(equivalent)Battery Charger for my new Sanyo VPC-HD1010 camcorder.Unboxed it,placed a battery in it & walla..CHARGED....Works great & the cost was 1/2 what it is elsewhere.  
I would buy from this Company again in a minute.  
Human error can occur from time 2 time.This time it went smooth as silk.  
I believe all buyer's should read more throughly when on this Website BECAUSE it does state the items sold are (Replacement)parts for YOUR models.Then some folks wouldn't be so hard on their reviews.Many Internet'ers fail to read properly,& should get mad @ themselves before they write a bad review that may be due 2 their own faults.  
And shipping is usually NOTHING 2 do with the Companies 1 buys from.Mistakes will be made BUT NOT this time.Best 2 All.

I recently placed an order with this company, it was fast shipping i got my package in about 3 days it was awesome! i bought two batteries and a charger and they work great. Well its aftermarket battery but who cares. i defenitely will recommend this company to all of my frends. Awesome!

I ordered what was pictured and described as a Canon NB-4L battery for my camera. After waiting a longer time than normal for such an order, I got a generic battery, not a Canon. Even the packing slip said it was a Canon battery. It was not. To me this is false advertising. Moreover, there is no tracking the shipment. They shipped by USPS FCM.

I recently went to BestBatt.com to buy a Fujifilm NP-50 battery and a charger kit as a christmas gift for a girlfriend. I ordered it on Dec 18 even after I accidentally made a mitake added a wrong batter charger to the shopping cart. The customer services at BestBatt.com called me on the very next day to confirm if I ordered the correct charger with the battery. They help me to correct my oversight, so my girlfrind got the merchandieses on Dec 22nd, when was much earlier than I expected for a standard shipping. They really did a great job. By the way, the battery and charger have been working great so far. The transaction saved me total 25% than other stores.

I ordered a Casio BC-60L Equivalent Charger for NP-60 Digital Camera Battery. The charger they sent me did not work with my battery and it is nothing like the pictures you see on the website.  
 
My battery could hardly stay in place, I called to return it and they offered to send me a new one on Nov 28th 2008, as I right this review it is Dec 22nd 2008 and i STILL haven't received the replacement charger which they claim must have gotten lost in the post. They stick to the fact that they are not responsible for the delivery of the post and yet they offer to send me another one. I said no, now I have to pay to return this faulty charger, apparently it's not the "wrong product" even though it doesn't work with my battery. A wrong product is defined as a totally different product to the one you requested, if it's defective then YOU the customer have to pay to have it returned to them even after you've waited close to a month for the "replacement". Ridiculous an d a sham.

I placed an order around 415PM. It was shipped the same day. I wish other places would follow suit. Thanks again.

Perfect transaction. I made the order, a few minutes later I got an email confirmation/receipt. The next day I got an email saying the order shipped and two days later the order arrived. I selected the cheapest shipping option so two days was great.

Fantastic Store. Quick shipment. Great price. Battery was not a Panasonic brand, but I already suspected that. But it works great. I've given it a good workout. It takes and holds a charge fine.
