So, I ordered a new cable, well she told me the part number and told me to order it on line. I did, wrong part! So, I learned that even talking to them to get expert help, might not be right. Should I try again. I followed her, know I have to pay to return a wrong item because I trusted her. ![Share](javascript:share_rating({"review_body":"Responding to the BestBatt survey about \u0022My Experience\u0022 which I received on May 21st;<br><br>As of May 21st, \u0022My Experience\u0022 is not yet over. <br><br>BestBatt sent the batteries via USPS who for the 3rd time have bumbled a package delivery to my residence.<br><br>On the USPS website they promised delivery on the 19th but shipped the package in error to a town called Crows Landing, CA (about 40 miles from here) and re-dated the delivery to May 22nd (probably in Crows Landing) which usually means that they\u0027ll take it out for delivery in that city and discover that I don\u0027t live there then ship it back to their regional center and finally to my residence on some later date in the future.<br><br>Using USPS seems to be a chronic problem.<br><br>I noted that BestBatt.com sent the package out in a very timely manner and communicated that fact to me.
