My experience with Berger Bros. (2 camera purchases now) has been simply terrific. They are very customer oriented, accessible, patient with questions, and responsive. They do what they say they will do and genuinely seem to care about the experience their customers have. I would like to single out Lisa M., who handles the call-in purchases. She is extremely professional and nothing but patient with customers anxious to get status on an item that is highly in demand and short in supply. Without question, they will have my business for subsequent camera and equipment purchases and are now my E-tailer of choice.

I had a great experiance shopping at Berger Bros. Lisa was very nice to work with during the purchase of my 7D Canon DSLR. I was having a problem with my debit card and she made several calls letting me know what was going on until I got it corrected. Thanks Berger Bros.and Lisa.

I am very happy to have the opportunity to tell others the positive experience it is to buy from Berger Bros. They have competitive prices, but most important of all for me, is that when I buy from them, I feel I'm buying from a friend that has my interests in mind too. I've recommended them to friends and they all have been really impressed with the personal attention they get. I can't make this recommendation without mentioning Lisa! She is that person that has made buying at Berger Bros. such a positive experience for me. I'm sure that other employees are good as well, but after buying from her, I always ask for Lisa :-)

Both the lens (Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8) and the filter I ordered arrived today (Friday 10-09-09)….as you promised!!!  
 
I want to thank you for your assistance. It is rare these days to find customer service like what you exhibited. To say that I am impressed is a slight understatement. In my eyes, you went far above and way beyond what I have ever experienced in the past with other companies. You found what I wanted and got it to me in less than one week. That is amazing. Add in the fact that your company didn’t have the lens I wanted, you found it from a competitor, and had it shipped to me here in Florida….at a very good price!!! You have made my day!!! A million thanks isn’t enough. You can bet that the next time I buy any photographic equipment, I will be checking with you and Berger Brothers first. You have put the “Customer” back into Customer Service.

I am on the west coast. I was looking for a reliable online retailer. I have finally found one in Berger Bros. Latest purchase was the Canon EOS 7D. Their prices are decent and the service is simply fantastic. Lisa M communicates clearly and treats you with respect. The entire staff knows their photography. Some of them are pros in their own right.  
You can't go wrong with Berger Bros.

I've ordered from Berger Brothers several times and have been extremely impressed with their knowledge and service. In my experience, they often have items in stock that other New York area stores are out of. Brad Berger is tremendously knowledgeable and gives straight answers. He and the sales staff I have talked to follow up well. You can buy with confidence from this fine business.

I purchased white E-p1 from this store. When I initially got the shipment, I found out one defective pixel on the LCD screen and sent it back for exchange. However, since they didn't have white e-p1 in stock, I had to wait for one.  
At that time, Brad Berger helped me a lot and kept me updated about their availability and how things are going on.  
I have never experienced this awesome customer service before, and I could wait for my camera with no worry thanks to his assistance.  
I would strongly recommend this store to everyone who wants to buy his/her new equipment.

Recommend +++. I buy most of my photo supplies online, typically from BH. I never heard of Berger Bros. I've been searching for a Lumix LX3 most of the summer. No one had any. A new shipment arrived mid-August. BH sold out in like 10 minutes. Really. After more searhing I found Berger Bros. said they had the camera. I checked the feed-back, ordered and was very pleased to get a call Monday letting me know the camera was instock and on it's way.

I purchased a Panasonic AGHMC 150 video camera from Brad Berger at a very low price. Brad sent the camera out in an expedited manner and I received it quickly in perfect condition. I also got some Promaster 16GB SD HC cards in the same order. I am very happy with the prices and, especially , the service of Berger Bros! I have used them many times before and will again. I recommend them to all my friends.

Xlt service and best price for canon 5d Mkll kit. Bought several accessories, and given fair trade value to update part of my Kit. The manager and owner put a lot of time in to help me in my choice of equipment when I had questions about which Flash best fit my needs and other minor details. Most impressed with their price, knowledge and willing to spend the time to fine tune my choices of accessories.

Berger Bros was great! I ordered a Canon 5D Mark II from them and they had it in stock (when many stores did not) AND had the lowest price that I could find from an authorized vendor. They called to confirm my order and were very friendly and professional. They did try and sell me some accessories, but it was a totally non-pressure sort of deal (more of "We also offer these things if you're interested"). They shipped the item that day and it arrived shortly thereafter. The item was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It was great doing business with them and I definitely recommend them to others.

Brad Berger (President) personally attended to my needs and went out of his way to obtain a very scarce lens for me. (none of the large on line stores had it in stock - Tokina 11-16)He called me regularly to keep me up to date and the product delivered was perfect!!

Excellent transaction. These folks take the time to follow up insuring customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend using them. I will buy from them again.
