On December 20th I received an email that the item had just shipped, ground!! The guy in customer service apologized, but was not willing to try and track down the item. When I suggested he adjust the shipping with Fedex so I would receive the gift by the morning of the 23rd, he said only for an added charge! Clearly they are only interested in the sale. Order at your own risk and cross your fingers that you don\u0027t have a problem with your order because if you do they don\u0027t really care! They charged my credit card immediately, then switched to radio silence....No emails, no shipping info., no nothing. Over the next week, I called their customer service at least 20 times at all different hours of the day. They never once answered. I got the same \u0022after hours\u0022 message every time. Finally, I gave up and bought the product from another seller. A full week later they \u0022found\u0022 the order and shipped it (and by the way, it\u0027s coming by ground, not 2nd day). \u0022Ooops, too late, don\u0027t need it now!\u0022 Pay a 20 percent restocking fee and return shipping?...no way. Ben\u0027s can eat these extra costs, or maybe Google checkout will take care of it, but it won\u0027t be me. I suggest you try calling the toll-free number BEFORE placing an online order. I paid $59.63 for an aquarium hood, (including shipping) and when received, I discovered that the hood was made of such cheap plastic that it wasn\u0027t worth even thirty dollars.<br> The item was broken in two places when received.<br> It took the company almost a month to ship the order out.<br> Though the description on the item said that it would fit all standard hex aquariums, the item did not fit my standard hex aquarium.<br> I called the company and asked for some sort of compensation, and I was told that at my expense, I could ship it back to them, and then afterward, I could pay them to put it back on their shelves. <br> The item did not meet expectations, and neither did the company\u0027s service.
