"Bought some great bedroom furniture from these guys and even got a free coffee table since I bought the whole bedroom set (bed, dresser, side tables, etc.) I got the order in under 3 weeks also. Pretty quick and their employees were very helpful!"

"My furniture had a problem with delivery,some of my items were split up, because some item were damage before delivery I was so upset I wanted to kill somebody, they did not informed me, I found out the day of delivery ,when the men showed up without my piece and no one knew why, I got in touch with Evelyn what a delight to deal with ,she made me feel alright, never losing her cool it did not matter how loud u was yelling,she was there to help me solve the problem,the best customer service, because of her I would order again she was so tentative,always following up, the furniture was beautiful and so worth the wait"

"I ordered a table and chair set from Bedroom Furniture/DiningRoomsOutlet.com nearly a month ago. Their website stipulates items will take UP TO 2 wks to ship. It has been TWICE that duration and they still have not shipped my items. Our order manager this company assigned to us, Sierra M, is completely useless. She won't return my emails regarding the severe delay. I have called their customer service center over the last 2 weeks and keep being promised "it will ship sometime next week". This is rediculous. They clearly don't care about honoring their promises to customers and will say anything to get them to go away."

"They were very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We ordered a table online, and were a bit nervous about ordering from another state. Our rep from the store kept in touch with us throughout the process. The table arrived and was exactly what we hoped for. Had a few hiccups in scheduling a delivery time, but overall very pleased."

"We ordered a bedroom set on Mar 26 - it was delivered and assembled on May 24. Fortunately we were not in a rush to get the new furniture, because this woudl have seemed like a very long wait. We had several interactions with customer representatives from Bedroom Furniture Discounts over the phone during the order process, and everyone was courteous and helpful.

The furniture itself is beautiful, and we are so far very pleased with it. We felt like it was a little pricey, but we wanted something that was well-built and would last.

The delivery company was very professional and efficient. Pat and Pat did a great job putting everything where we asked them to and assembling it carefully.

Overall, other than the long wait for the furniture, we are very happy with our decision to use Bedroom Furniture Discounts."

"No embellishments here...this is as accurate a review as you'll read here. I am VERY happy with my purchase from Bedroom Furniture Discounts. I bought my Jackson-made sofa/loveseat sight unseen. And living in Tennessee I had NEVER done business with Bedroom Furniture Discounts so I was taking a BIG risk for me but the furniture looked right and the price was terrfic. So, I bought it.

Bedroom Furniture was VERY professional, keeping me informed as to the status of my order and when I could expect it. I was contacted several days before the shipment arrived. And by the shipping company the day of arrival.

Delivery was completely professional and quick. The merchandise arrived in perfect condition and all packing materials were taken away.

I'm very pleased with the sofa/loveseat AND with my experience with Bedroom Furniture Discounts. I really could not be happier. "

"Was able to find the exact bedroom set that I wanted on their site. It was not available in queen size, so I was given the option of a different, but similar set or taking the king size of the desired model at the queen price. The model was being discontinued after on hand stock was sold. I found those options very fair and opted to take the king.

I was given an expected delivery date with a 2 wk range. The delivery company contacted me to confirm the delivery window about a week prior. Then called 24 hours prior to the delivery day to schedule a time. They delivered on time and the white glove set-up was done very professionally.

The bedroom set was exactly as pictured, had no visible flaws, and was very well designed and constructed. I have other American Drew furniture and have been very impressed.

Bedroom Furniture Discounts has earned my business."
