I was expecting the mattress to arrive on Tuesday, but I didnt get it until the next Monday. I called to inquire as to why I had not received my mattresses and they apologized and were most kind in explaining what had happened. I received several calls by Amy? and even received a personal email from a VP. They are VERY nice people to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. My package arrived and the set up went smoothly. Love the bed. My only recommendation to them would be that the box that my foundation came in was stamped "frame". I had not ordered a frame, but I looked on the website at the picture of the foundation, and saw that I had the correct box. I finally decided that with the return policy that I didn't have anything to lose (other than an additional $3000 at my local temper pedic retailer)....so I ordered my bed in.a box....California king on a Friday afternoon....by Monday afternoon I had a tracking number and by Wednesday the box was on my doorstep. I dragged it in opened it up and just like the video on the website....I had a new mattress in about five minutes.
