"12/17-Please do not shop online for Bed Bath & Beyond. I placed an order on 12/13 and my order still has not left the warehouse. On three occasions, including today, three customer services reps told me that the item was "in process" and that I could not cancel the order. However no UPS tracking number was provided. I doubt if they even have the item in their warehouse to ship. Because of ordering from them I will not have the item I ordered for my Father's X-mas gift, before I leave the state. I'm very disappointed and still do not have a gift. What am I to do now but spend more money to order the same product from another online vendor. As soon as their package arrives I am returning it at the store (same day)."
"Its not perfect, but I go here often to get things for my home - an electric water heater, a new iron, my daughter's shower curtain, curtain rods, sheets, even a blowdrier and mascara. The prices are good, and if you've got time to really sort through the selection it can be a one stop shop to check off that long list of home goods which would make your life easier and more visually pleasing. "
"You get what you pay for. Yes you can probably go somewhere else and get something similar but it won't be as good an item and the customer service level will not be as good. I have shopped here for several years. Items purchased at Bed Bath & Beyond last longer and when I have had an issue with the item thy have always taken care of me. I have gone into the store looking for items and if they don’t have them they have offered to order and have them shipped. I always have gotten my items faster than the 10-14 business days that the ask you to allow. I will continue to shop at these fantastic stores!"
"Don't register here! Every month something is being discontinued and I have to find a replacement. My kate spade towels, wine glasses, regular towels, griddle, Everything! It really stinks. Other stores like dillards still has my stuff so why can't they."
"They didn't have what I wanted in the store so a manager ordered it for me. The item arrived at my home a few days later, no S & H was charged. I was told to bring my 20% off coupon into the store with my receipt to get money back. This is not the first time I've ordered things from BB&B -- I'm very satisfied with my experiences."
"DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I ordered 4 boxes of salad servers. When they arrived 2 of the 4 boxes were empty, so I called for a replacement to be sent. When the 2 replacements arrived, one of the boxes were empty YET AGAIN."
"I ordered online 13 days ago, and after checking, I see my order should arrive in another 6 days. I used the free 3-8 shipping option, but 19 days is too long. I should probably wait and see if they got the order right, but my item is a gift and now I have to run out and get something else. Fail."
"If you have a BB&B in your area, go in before you buy online. I purchase some sheets online and was in the store three weeks later only to find they were on clearance which was NOT offered online. I went home and checked the website and found they were selling online for the same price as when I bought them! Thankfully they do accept online returns at the store so I did return them and purchased the sheets at the lower price. I am happy I did not open them and wash them upon receipt! Because they are more for winter, I had placed them aside. Check your prices as I could have saved myself quite the headache by checking with the store prior to ordering. "

"Their online store is the worse ever! They totally messed up my online order that was supposed to be a surprise and a Christmas gift! They ruined the whole experience and caused a big misunderstanding and confusion! When I asked for an explanation, they customer service proved to be even worse! Do not even bother contacting them!!!"
"Looked online for a certain item and our local store said they were in stock. Got to the store - could not find them. Store manager looked it up, said it showed up on the inventory as there being several in the store, but he could not find them. He told me he would order it for me and I could use my 20% off coupon. I said I didn't think I should pay shipping since the item was supposedly in the store. He agreed, but later I found I had been charged an extra $10 for shipping. I wrote to Bed Bath & Beyond and explained and their attitude (when they finally responded over 2 weeks later) was oh, too bad - up to the store manager and not our problem. I love their stores, but this is not right and will affect my business there!29 Dec 2011 - Bed, Bath & Beyond has since contacted me and agreed that the shipping charge was incorrect - they are issuing a credit to my card! "

"They didn't have the item in the store. So they shipped it for free. Arrived as they promised. We use the juicer every day now. "
"Order arrived a day faster than expected. Had a coupon issue where I forgot to apply to my order, and they graciously gave me a credit for it. Great store both on-line and off-line. Would highly recommend."
