reply posted Jun-27-2012 “NeoStrata, the manufacturer of the product, changed all of their packaging switching from a glass jar to a plastic tube. In doing so the net weight of the cream was reduced from 1.75 oz to 1.4 oz. We were unaware of the change.
On June 8, 2012,our customer,Ms Sanchez brought the weight change to our attention. We immediately updated the product information on our website. In addition we offered to have her return the product for a full, if she desired. She declined our offer,and kept the product(which is great skin rejuvenation cream).
We strive to keep the information on our website as accurate as possible, but this is not always possible unless we are informed of these changes by the manufacturer. We are sorry Ms. Sanchez is upset but we would not deliberately mislead a customer. We always attempt to satisfy a request whenever possible.
