I just wanted to say what a great experience I had placing and receiving this order. It was smooth and easy and hassle free. I couldn't believe how fast I received my order. I never do this but I just had to let you know! Thanks again and I will look to Beach first from now on.

After submitting my order, I noticed that the shipping option did not update correctly and immediately sent an e-mail to Beach Camera. I quickly had a reply saying the shipping problem had been corrected and thanking me for my business. This is, in my opinion, GREAT customer service!! Thanks, Beach Camera, I'll spread the word and do business with your organization for all my camera-related needs!

Hello, Just wanted to say that Beach Camera had the best offer on the internet for Canon Power Shot A3100IS (Red)12.1 mega pixel, and even came with a kit: Tripod, 4mg memory card DSHC, 3 pc lens cleaning kit, a deluxe camera case, & high speed card reader SD USB 2.0, which is NOT in the box from Canon. No shipping, no tax! I had purchased a camera but got a 10 mega pixel-thought it was the 12.1, returned it to a local store and my husband found this sweet deal at Beach Camera!!! Thank you Beach Camera!!

I am still fighting with this company. They attempted a bait and switch scam on myself and many others from the research and contacts I have made. They listed a price extremely low and then the next day cancelled the orders. When contacted in regards to the issue they then offered to sell the product at a still discounted price which was only dollars below retail. A typical bait and switch scam. For that reason I highly recommend that you avoid this company completely and with extreme prejudice.

I purchased a Canon EF 24-105mm F4.0L lens from Beach Camera. This company handles its customers with the respect that we deserve. I had a slight issue with shipping times and was upset. I was contacted by a company Representative Maurice regarding the issue. He was very understanding and wanted to do anything he could to resolve my issue. This out reach and customer service is a perfect example of how fine businesses are run and a great way of keeping and gaining new customers. My issue was more than resolved and this company has won a customer for life. Buy from Beach Camera with trust knowing that you're dealing with people just like you and me at the other end. I can't thank Beach Camera and Maurice enough. Wonderful service and a great end to the story of my first "L" lens!

My first time to order from Beach. On Friday 8/13 I ordered a Canon uv filter for a lens. Suprise it arrived in Mondays mail 3 days after placing the order. They also sent me a shipping e-mail notifing me the filter had shipped. They came through super fast for a small $15 item. Very good service and a great price !!!!!!!

Hellow!, I dont really dont know where to start,But,Here Goes, I ordered a Kodak ZI8 from Amazon, and it came from Beach Camera! We have Been tweeting(Think thats correct,as I still do not understand Twitter) Ive owned and still do,own a Welding and Fabrication Shop,and also a authorized dealer of Riland Plazma cutters,and Welding Machines, So,i just didnt fall off the turnip truck!Maybe in the Comp. dept.  
I personally spoke with Kodak and the Amazon Live help dept. and in both cases,it was a choise betweeen the Flip or the Kodak,Both told me id have 2 hrs of recording time with the built in memory!  
I also ordered 5 other items,and on Aug. 14th,2 DAYS after ordering from Amazon,BEACH CAMERA,Had it on my door step,by 8:30 AM!!!!! WOW!!!! Only 1 othe Co,also In NJ,has that type of SHIPPING!,But---,,,Its gets BETTER!, On Sat i played with my new toy,as I also signed up with CCPRO, as the Welding buis,Is the worst,ive seen in my 34+++ years!,And it was my CPA, recomended CCPRO,over all others!  
But Back to Beach, I called Sunday at 12:30,Our time,as im in Ct. and was greeted by OSCAR AZATCHI, What a gentleman,and knew what he was talking about!!!, Nothing like amazon,or Kodak.  
What a PLEASURE!!, and all this with less than a 2 min wait time! Something i think,were all not used to,the world has turned into 1 big doctors waiting room!! So Oscar told me the TRUTH! which is Rite in the owners manual!!  
You Guessed it,They made a Customer for Life, and as soon as my web sites are done,and my blog,You can be sure,that you will see links to Beach Camera, ar www.beachcamera.com and ask for Oscar,and tell him Jack from Storts Welding sent you,. NO,Im not getting paid,or a New 65" HDTV!(Woun't turn it down,LOL) But, in any buisness, Trust means ALOT!In Welding to Internet Marketing, So we all win,and in todays economy,or any economy,for that part!, Your treated by People that know there buisness,Not like some of the big box stores,that dont know which end of the hammer to use!

Ordered a Canon s90 camera from BUY.com that was shipped by Beach Camera.  
No problems at all. Shipping was fast.  
Will buy again from Beach Camera.  
Used buy.com because they offered a instant discount.

 
I want to thank and commend Sam (I think it was Sam) who scared the hell out of me this morning by calling and telling me that "there was no camera in the original box" when I returned (from California to Florida) my defective camera; then I croaked "...it must have been stolen! I packed it separately in the packing box because it wouldn't fit in the original box", and then called me 15 minutes later to inform me that he/the crew had sifted through that morning's received packing boxes and they found the camera. He apologized for scaring me (!) and said the replacement was on it's way and to call if I ever had any questions or concerns.  
 
This was fantastic customer service and I want you to know how much I appreciate it and will remember it when referring friends with camera needs.

I just upgraded my 6 year old Toshiba 32" CRT TV to an LG 32" 720p HDTV. I looked all over for a good deal on this model (32LD350) and came across Beach Camera. They had it for the same price as the local retail chains (Best buy, Wal-Mart) however...buying from Beach Camera meant NO sales tax AND free shipping. Thanks to another website I found an online coupon that took 10% off the price so I ended up paying $359.00 for it, a saving of almost $74 off retail. I live in NY and after a day and a half for the order to process it only took 3 days to ship it to me. It arrived packed in a bigger plain brown box with lots of popcorn and all was in perfect condition. The only problem I encountered, and I blame Fed Ex not Beach, is the stupid Fed Ex driver left my package in the hallway of my apt. because I was at work. Fed Ex drivers make the call themselves whether to put it back on the truck and redeliver or leave it...this moron left it...in the open...in an apt. building. Luckily I found out thru tracking it and called my apt. manager ASAP and had maintenance put it in my apartment for me. I love this TV...one of the best purchases I have ever made. I would order from Beach again anytime. I researched them on this site here and read the reviews and felt pretty confident about doing business with them. A+

The Canon 28-135mm Lens arrived safely and right on time! I am a Photo Rookie so this is like Christmas to me! I plan on doing more business with your company in the future!  
 
As I have Multiple Sclerosis and needed something to be my Passion in Life and I can express myself through Photography. It is like Painting to me.
