I have placed 6 orders from Beach Camera over the last several years and have always been 100% satisfied. I will be a returning customer in the future.

Beach Camera called me couple days ago to offer to refund double of the shipping costs. I also recommend Beach Camera to look at their internal processing, which they said they will. Because of their nice gesture and willing to look into any negative feedback, I'm updating my feedback to reflect that.

This is a horrible experience purchasing from Beach Camera! It took them 2.5 days to process my order. Even though I placed the order on 1/28 and paid for expediated 2-3 days shipping, they only place the shipment with Fedex on 2/1. All in all, I will only get the camera in 5 business days. I have promised to bring the camera home to Singapore on 2/3 and the camera won't arrive until 2/4. Beach Camera has totally made me broke the promise. And why the heck that I paid $22++ for expediated shipment?  
 
I will never use Beach Camera again and I will ask my friends not to use the them.

I ordered a Canon L lens, turned out I'm not satisfied with the item. I called custumer service and spoke to Abraham S. He is very friendly and understanding. He gave me the RA and I could return the product today. To me, Beach Camera Custumer Service is top notch. I highly recommended to my friends and colleagues.  
Updated 02/06/10 I received the refund after one week as Abraham stated in the email. Company with the high reputation like this one will be regconized more and more. Thanks Abraham.

This is an excellent vendor. I have purchased cameral equipment and accessories several time via Amazon who wound up routing the order through Beach. Each time the orders arrived promptly in good condition exactly as advertised. Charges were accurate and hit the accout when the item shipped. I can highly recommend Beach Camera.

I was asked to verify the credit card. The customer service is rude. I can't imagine what if I return the product. Next time, I'll rather pay little bit of extra and get piece of mind at B&H, unless I can save a lot. In addition, I only got 3.2% from bing cash back in stead of 5.1% as advertise.

Beach Camera failed to disclose that a power cord for a battery charger was not included, eventhough the manufacturers site indicates that the power cord is included...  
 
Beach Camera did communicate, and would allow a return within 30 days of purchase, but would not pay shipping costs to return.  
 
Beach Camera would not pay return shipping, eventhough it was their mistake that they failed to disclose the missing power cord.  
 
I will be avoiding purchasing from them in the future...  
 
Update(1/20): I have been communicating with a manager named Maurice, and he is doing a great deal to help me resolve my issue, and has credited me enough money to acquire a power cord so that I can use my new battery charger. Thanks Maurice for all your help.  
 
After my most recent conversations with Maurice, I would give Beach Camera another opportunity at my business in the future.

They just simply canceled my Samsung LED TV order the following day without mentioning any reason. You have to either call or email them to know the reason. Another time waste program. I had to call them to know that they canceled the order because they are selling the TV for a lower price than it supposed to be sold. My wife remembers having similar experience before with this site. This is wasting customer time. At least they should mention the reason when they cancel so we wont have to call them.

THIS MERCHANT DOES NOT HONOR ITS OWN COUPONS AND PROMOTION CODES. I attempted to purchase a Samsung UN55B8000 tv two days ago and was told a day after the transaction was completed that the coupon was a typo and that they would not be honoring it.

Excellent store. This is my third time buying there. First time was a $600 canon camcorder at 2002, smooth transaction. Second time was a $300 panasonic point and shoot camera at 2005, no problem. After 5 years, I was bothered by all the negative reviews and doubted a little this time when I look for a nikon AF 18-200 VRII len. I took a chance because of the low price, through the Bing cashback, I got a best deal out of 6 online stores. I placed order on 01/03/10 sunday, got confirmation on 01/04 monday, shipped 01/05 morning and received on 01/06 afternoon by free 2-3 day delivery, 1 day ahead of schedule. They proved their reputation and won my confident again. What could I say. They may not be the best all the time. But to me they are good. Now 10 days after my purchase, my D300s and len price is still beating the other price online.

WARNING THIS STORE IS ONLY LOOKING FOR NEW CUSTOMER BY ADVERTISING A FAKE DEAL. I ordered Samsung tv, got email confirmation. But, got another email telling the order has to be cancel because an error price. I should know better this kind of store won't stand by what they advertise. AN ERROR, YEAH GIVE ME A BREAK!

Fast shipping and good prices make Beach Camera a quality store to shop. I've bought from them a couple of times and the service is consistantly good.

What's the deal on the "Featured Review" above? This kind of foolishness is why I quit leaving reviews here a couple of years ago. Things just got weird.  
 
Anyway, my last review with resellerratings: Dealing with Beach Camera was an excellent buying experience. Ordered a camera body, which came with a free 4GB CF card, and was priced well below all other reputable online sellers. No followup "upsell" call, which is really nice. Tracking info received and item was received in reasonable time (three business days) and is as expected. Thanks to Beach Camera!

I ordered a Tamron lens from Beach Camera. I have not used the lens yet, but the purpose of my review here is simply to state that Beach did a great job of processing my order and shipping it to me. I rely on reviews such as this and just wanted to get the word out that Beach Camera is legitimate and was real quick with processing and shipping. I recommend this company.

A very accomodating company with comparable pricing and very fast shipping. While my billing address and shipping address were different, Beach Camera called me immediately to verify both addresses and my gift shipment arrived at its destination the very next day. I highly recommend this vendor. Customer service a plus here.

I ordered a Panasonic DMP-BD60P-K Blu-Ray disc player. I was familiar with Beach Camera because I had previously purchased a digital camera from them.  
 
While I could have gotten free shipping, I decided to add $3.79 to the order to get 3-5 day shipping.  
 
I got email confirmation it had shipped on Dec 30. I received the player yesterday, Jan 2.  
 
I am quite pleased with the sale price, $119.95 and the quick shipment and delivery of my player.  
 
FEDEX did a good job also. When the player was handed to me yesterday, there were no bumps or bruises visible on the box.
