"Terrific Service. Received an expensive lens with manufacture defect. exchanged it for free. Unfortunately, I needed to have the lens for a trip. Spoke with Maurice at customer service, who was able to get the replacement sent for next day delivery just in time for my trip! Couldn't be more grateful!"

"I had been anxiously awaiting availability of the new Samsung WB850F camera. All indications were that it would be arriving 5/4 at one of your competitors. Prior to that date, their site indicated pre ordering was available. The price was reduced $30 on pre orders received by 5/5. I placed my order on 5/4. However, when I reviewed the order status, the camera was listed as "backordered." I talked with customer service and was told they were expecting an order any day. So I waited until 5/10. Camera was still shown as "backordered." I contacted American Express for assistance with locating another source with the camera in stock. I was told you guys had it. I called and placed my order and received the camera the next day, as promised. I'm leaving the country on 5/15 and wanted this camera to take with me!

Friendly, helpful, dependable service. I know where I'll shop next time, and where I'll refer my friends!

"Originally I ordered a netbook from Amazon but discovered it wouldn't ship for two to four weeks, putting the delivery time estimate right when I'd be on vacation. I cancelled the order and went with Beach Camera who was $10 higher, and still with free shipping. They listed 17 items left in stock. The next working day (Friday), there was no shipment of the item, so I sent an email telling them my problem with ordering from Amazon and that I hoped I would receive the netbook from Beach before I went on vacation. On Monday, Maurice replied and said the item was out but they expected a shipment within three to five business days. This made my worry factor go up a little, but not too much. However, the next day, I got a shipment notice and two days later, the netbook was in my hands. Fast shipment, product exactly as expected (and even better), and great customer service! Recommend highly!"

"I purchased a new Samsung 40" LCD TV from Beach Camera. I can not say enough positive comments about dealing with this company. I had great customer service, and the product was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you! "Great price but in the end could not deliver on time.
Got different "stories" about when my order was going to actually ship (they had already charged my credit card). I had real need for it fast so I canceled the order."

"JUst recieved my Cannon SX260HS. Ordered it Monday and recieved today. Super delivery and pricing. Had slight problem with case. Called customer service and they handled promptly. Have used Beech before and have all good experiences.

"I called Beach Camera's Customer support and was assited by Neil. I had a problem with an order I have placed through groupon, the problem being, its been over a month and I have not recieved my order. Neil was very helpful in finding my order and resubmiting it for me with the permission of his supervisor. The problem came from groupon NOT beach camera. I was pleased with my experince and I am looking forward to recieving my order FINALLY! "

"Great company. I ordered a Canon PowerShot SX260 HS 12.1 MP CMOS Digital Camera with 20x Image Stabilized Zoom 28mm Wide-Angle Lens and 1080p Full-HD Video (Green) Super Bundle from the seller on April 4th. I ordered it off of Amazon and chose standard shipping which usually takes longer, but is free. I RECEIVED the camera the very next afternoon. This is amazing service to receive something so soon especially with the mail system being messed up lately. Not only were they speedy, but I find that the camera takes amazing pictures. Thanks Beach Camera. I WILL purchase from you in the future."
