"When my roommate started using beachbody products such as Insanity and Shakeology, I was curious to see how things would turn out, as she was a thin young woman who didn't particularly need to lose weight. What happened however, was amazing. She became incredibly toned with the Insanity workouts and said she had much more energy. She appeared to be more upbeat and healthy. So, naturally, I had to try the products. I started Insanity and I must say, it was incredibly difficult (maybe a little too hard for me). I started drinking the Shakeology, however (and it's not cheap!) and I am a convert!! It is the BEST tasting drink and it honestly keeps me completely satisfied until lunchtime. My next step is to start the Insanity workouts now that I have more energy and have lost a bit of weight with Shakeology!!!"
"I've ordered a dozen products from Beachbody - I've been on auto-ship for at least a dozen items and I've never been disappointed. The shipping is as fast as it is anywhere, you can blame UPS for slow shipping, the customer service has been excellent, and the products are unmatched."
"I love Beachbody products. The results I get are amazing. I borrowed P90X from a friend and loved it. I decided to order 10 Minute Trainer for my wife for Christmas. I was a little bit late in ordering, I knew I wasn't going to receive it by Christmas when I placed the order on 12/22. The order confirmation email stated that I would receive an email once the order had been shipped. I never did. The order was placed and paid for on 12/22 and wasn't shipped until 12/28. It's January 10th now and the 5-7 day shipping has well elapsed. I have been in communication with Beachbody via their LiveChat which is very easy to use. The UPS shipping that they used turned it over to USPS once it reached my destination city. Now, it's untrackable. UPS tracking shows it "On route to final destination" as of January 4th. The problem that I'm having is with Beachbody's unwillingness to come up with a suitable solution. They offered me 50% off of shipping and shipped my order again. That's $5.41 off. They were adamant about not refunding all of the shipping costs. They seemed unfazed by the fact that I will never order from them online again. This has been a huge hassle in which I have had to do all of the work to resolve. Buyers beware, if you're planning on ordering a Beachbody product from the site, be prepared for a headache. Maybe Tony Horton can release a video that can take care of that too. "
"Terrible customer service. I purchased a set of fitness bands but only received one set of handles. I contacted support and was told that I could purchase a set of handles for $30.00. Why would I want to "purchase" handles that I already paid for but were not shipped with the product!!?? My first and last order with this company."
"The customer service of this company is just a mess. I ordered the normal package, but got a confirmation of the full package.I called and it was not possible to change the order. The only way I was told was to wait until the package was delivered and then return it.I was charged the full amount and going through the hassle of return was the only way.The other story is that they keep spamming you with newsletters for each and every product. You want to cancel the newsletter? No problem, just click in the newsletter mail the cancel link and you're done. But that doesn't work. They keep refreshing you with every cancellation with new newsletters. The other option to change EMail-Addresses won't work either. It doesn't matter if the new EMail-Address exist or not doesn't matter.I found out, that if you use a @beachbody.com address, it takes a month or so until they realize they keep sending the newsletter to themselves. But not a permanent Solution.I think I was successful after calling numerous times to cancel my account at all, add me to the do-not-call-list and do-not-send-list.Read through there forums; I’m not alone. The customer service sucks and this is the least thing I need. I will look elsewhere. I’m done with them.Thanks for reading."
"I bought Turbo Jam from Beach Body .... I had a good experience with the shipping. I ordered it from their site on Saturday and had it in my hands the following Friday. So that was 5 regular work days, 6 total if you don't count the Saturday. In other words, we got exactly what we ordered in the time they said we'd get it."
"Don't buy direct from this company! You can find their products for the same price or cheaper on Ebay and you'll probably get them faster! They have the slowest processing and shipping times and unless your order is backordered you can't cancel it once it's been placed! If it's a product they've recently shown infomercials on TV for it will probably be backordered which makes the process that much SLOWER! Their "upgrade" to UPS Express doesn't make it that much faster as UPS Express goes through USPS. Their products are great but as I said, don't buy from their website. You could probably buy TurboJam from Japan on Ebay and get it in two days. So don't wait the weeks/months it takes for Beachbody to get your stuff to you!"
"I would not suggest ordering anything from this company if you want it in a timely manner, and /or short on money. It took 4 weeks for my item to get to me and when I called a spoke with a supervisor i was told if I didn't have it by 6/17 I would recieve a credit for half of the purchase price. When the date came and went I had a different supevisor tell me that there company has never and will never refund half the money especially since I did fially get the product. After an additional 5 phone calls I did get a gentlemen tell me he would submit the refund, so a week later I am still waiting."
