"DO NOT ORDER FROM BEACHBLISS !!! BUYER BEWARE !!! The Better Business Bureau has given this company a rating of F (ratings range A+ to F). Usually the BBB can't get in touch with them, to resolve your complaint, which seems to be the case with me. I don't expect to ever get my refund of over $300. I ordered swim systems and sun separates swimsuits because of the large selection, with the ability to mix and match swimsuits. My original order was placed 10/4/12. I received only a partial order. The invoice stated sold out and the website does not tell you this when ordering. My order would have been completely different because of the mix and match option. I returned the items for an exchange and received a 2nd partial order. I attempted to place my order via phone, to assure items were in stock, but BeachBliss will not answer the phone # provided, 800-695-1229. Multiple voice messages were left, with no return calls. They will not answer my emails to the website provided: help@beachbliss.com. After receiving 2 partial orders and the inability to communicate with them, I returned all merchandise requesting a refund (in complete compliance with their refund/return policy, which states it may take up to 60 days). It is now 12/13/12 and I have no swimsuits and no refund. I have never been able to get in touch with anyone at this company. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, in hopes that they can assist. As of now, BeachBliss has over $300 of my money. You can get the exact same swimsuits from BestSwimwear.com and actually speak with someone, to place your order, to assure that you will receive exactly what you want. Best Swimwear was great! I received my swimsuits quickly and exactly as ordered. I will now call before ordering online, from any company, in which I am not familiar with. I would recommend this to all."

"Very poor company to order from! do not buy from. I bought a swim suit in june and paid extra for it to be delivered to uk. I never recieved item, customer service just delayed offering a refund. now they ae ignoring my emails and i have had no refund! You may aswell just be throwing your money in the bin if you purchase anything from these guys!!"
"We've ordered a couple of bathing suits from Beachbliss because of the ability to find lots of styles sold as separates, in particular suits old by Sunset Separates. The store operates using Yahoo! stored as its back-end, meaning that order confirmation, order tracking, etc. are all available online and via email.
We did return one item we purchased there (didn't like the fit) and the return policy was fairly standard (no free return shipping unfortunately). However, their return policy gives them 60 days to issue the refund, and they took almost all of it. Additionally, we didn't get a confirmation they'd received the return.
About 45 days after I send it (and had delivery confirmation thru the USPS), I emailed them to check the status. They responded promptly indicating they had received the return and reminded me that they have 60 days to issue the refund. They also indicated they would "expedite" the refund, which I received the next day.
Despite that, I would definitely still order from them again. They've got a great selection of high-quality products that I can't find in local retail stores. "
