reply posted Jun-12-2013 “The customer is 100% correct. Usually we do not charge until an order ships complete. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. I cannot find any correspondence from you with regards to the order, maybe it was filtered out and we did not see it. We are to blame, we should have notified you if there was going to be any delay in your order. Again we apologize for the lack of communication and delay in your order.”
"Could use a little better communication. My credit card was charged for my full order but the shipment was split, no reason for the split or explanation of when the other items would be sent. I had to contact them to get any additional info. They did return that email with information and the remaining items were sent."
