On the page you first saw our battery, the shopping cart, and all throughout the checkout process and order confirmation email it was clearly stated that this item was on backorder and that we would ship the order by May 25. I'm sorry if you did not notice those 6 separate notices (also on your order status page). We even mentioned the free gift throughout the order process which would be included as appreciation for your patience on the backorder. If you like, I can cancel this backorder for you and refund your paypal payment. If you wait though, we have a shipment of the battery type you ordered due to arrive here in less than 2 weeks at which time we'll ship backorders for that battery type. Please let me know if you would rather cancel or wait.”
