“Customer paid for 2nd Day Air shipping, and received 2nd Day Air service with on time delivery and proof of delivery. Order was shipped on 3-5-2009, arrived on 3-9-2009. FedEx and UPS do not account for weekends in delivery times. Shipping is Monday-Friday with no weekend or holiday shipping services. All shipping information is listed on our website and at checkout prior to purchasing customers confirming their order.
Customer ordered an AC-C26H adapter for the replacement of OEM #AD9019M and has confirmed in writing that he did in fact receive the correct AC-C26H adapter. However, OEM numbers do overlap with different volts and watts and all specification need to match desired laptop specification as well as the OEM number. Ordering per laptop make and model can assist in assuring specifications meet laptop requirements.
Customer requested to return the product on 3-10-2009 and our service department issued an RMA without question and no restocking fee to the customer and return shipping pre-paid on 3-10-2009. The customer received detailed instructions on how to return the adapter, shipping pre-paid by the manufacturer. Manufacturer pre-paid shipping does require that the customer package up the product themselves and either drop off or call for a pickup with UPS. The customer has the option to use the pre-paid shipping return offer or ship the product back per their own shipping choice and costs if they prefer. Never was the customer told to just call UPS and send it back.
Customers that need to return a product are asked to file an RMA return request via email so that written records of return questions and issues are filed with the order. All correspondence for returns were conducted via email. Shipping, return and RMA policies are listed on our website and at checkout. Purchasing customers are prompted to to review and agree to our Terms & Conditions policies prior to checkout.

"BUYER BEWARE!!One of the worst companies i have ever dealt with!! I ordered two day shipping and got my part 5 days later and it was the wrong part..then they said they didn't carry my part and i should call UPS and sent it back...in the meantime i have been without a computer for 7 days!!they do not accept phone calls and only reply via email at thier convenience. I would buy your parts somewhere else as this company has very poor customer service."
