I apologize for the experience that you have received. We are not in the business of ignoring our customers. Why did you not call our 800 number for assistance if emailing was not working. Our numbers are posted everywhere. We have several emails that are only for out going. They are never checked. Not sure what email you were responding to. We are going to look into your order and find out any details we can and resolve this. It would be helpful to call us at 1-800-515-2423 for faster service.
