"Ordered the Brushed Nickel Dreamline Unidoor...This thing looks and feels like something that would cost twice as much! They had better prices than the local Lowes. HD etc...and they shipped it in a crate within the week..great experience! It was extremely heavy yet relatively easy to install.. I just noticed this month..about a year its been installed ) the finish on the stationary panel support was showing signs of rust. I contacted them and within 2 days I have a new piece, no questions asked! Thank you LUXStores...Its great to know you stand behind your product and make sure the customer is taken care of!"
"We are completely dissatisfied with our order from Lux Stores, who wishes to blame the manufacturer, Dreamline. All have shown poor customer service and refusal to make right inequities within my order. I have been without a bathroom vanity and sink combo for a month, and if we are forced to keep their product, we will have to pay the contractor more and spend more on hardware than planned due to their incompentence. First, there are metal shavings in the threads of the anchor which prevent the bolts from tightening and we were told our contractor has to re-tap the threads; we were also told the wiring (pigtail connector) for the lighting is not provided and that the manufacturer reserves the right to change the hardware, even when said hardware does not fit with the original specifications. We have been ignored by Dreamline and Lux seems to be telling us "Oh well, so sorry" with the entire situation, since they didn't manufacture the product. We are completely dissatisfied customers."
"I wanted to let you know how much help one of your employees has been since I started an order of one of your shower doors. ORDER NUMBER. 239580 7/5/2011. I was so impressed in her constant followup with e-mails on the progress of a special order. When My order was shipped she also wrote to me to let me know it would be arriving. A week ago it was delivered damaged and missing a filler. I wrote to Tanya first thing as soon as I examined the shower door and was concerned about the damage. Again this employee was so quick to respond and told me there would be another door being shipped ASAP. In these times no company I have dealt with has been so nice and concerned about my problem. "I was very satisfied with the overall ordering process and with the support provided to me during this process. I really liked being able to work with the same customer service representative during the whole process, who was always reachable by phone or by e-mail. She was able to answer all my questions and to provide technical specifications by e-mail, which allowed my contractor to complete rough electrical work before the sauna kit arrived. When one of the sauna accessories had appeared to be missing from the initial shipment, this customer support representative made sure I received it ASAP.
