"I order from Bath & Body several times a year, never under $150-$200 for birthdays for all 6 of my daughters, then my own and my largest yearly purchase right after Christmas which I just recieved. They are on the East Coast and I am West Coast it only takes about 7 days to get here from order date. I have never had one single problem and like ALMOST all the fragrances. Really enjoy the seasonal as well-and candles are a huge bonus for gifting. I am very very satisfied with this company."

"My experience has really not been good. The short: in almost a month I have not received the product I ordered, and I can't seem to get anywhere with customer support.
The details: I live in a small town and the store where I normally buy my favorite shampoo was out, and they recommended I get it online. So I go online and see that Bath and Body Works carries my shampoo. So I order the product. I notice it take longer than normal to ship, about 3 days, but it doesn't bother me that much. I wait quite a while for it to arrive and then I call customer service, they say to give it until the 30th of November (although they could not track it). I wait. No shampoo. So I call December 1st, 15 days after I placed the order, and they determine that UPS never picked it up, Bath and Body works had lost the order. So the "ship" a replacement. That replacement did not ship until the 5th of December, and now, the 13th I have yet to receive it. All this time I have been out of shampoo! Quite a bummer.
Bath and Body Works is slow, disorganized and failed with customer service.
As a side note, after emailing this review to Bath and Body Works, they gave me credit for my shampoo, so they do care! Extra customer service points."

"The products from this store are great. My complaints comes in with the shipping from their website. I made my order on 11/02, it's 11/14 and I still don't have it. It upsets me that a customer has to pay shipping charges to a company that ships it with the slowest method. I would only recommend ordering off their site if they have an awesome deal and you don't mind waiting FOREVER to get your order."

"Store has great products, BUT the shipping is not cheap and takes forever. My last order took about 2 weeks to arrive,and my current order is looking the same way. It is hard for me to believe that a company this big does not have better shipping options. I order from many companies online, most have cheaper shipping with faster service. The only time I will order from this site is when there is a deal to cheap to pass up, which is hard once you tack on the minimum $6 shipping fee.
2 weeks to ship items is really unacceptable in my book, especially when buying from a large company like this one.
