reply posted May-13-2013 “We have told you the issue with that particular vendor. We have kept you up to date with the status of your order. We did our best to get this out to you in a timely fashion due to the vendor we were dealing with before. We can not control certain issues, so we have made it clear to you that you are able to cancel up until the item ships. The items are currently in transit to you and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.”

reply posted May-13-2013 “Wish we would get shut down because we didn't have an item you ordered? You're card was never even charged. We put through the order with the manufacturer (who has told us they had enough to build one piece) when it came down to getting us out your order they were not able to supply the item anymore. We tried and did what we could. I apologize for your inconvenience and hope you do end up finding what you were looking for, somewhere.”

reply posted Apr-27-2013 “We never put any fault on our customers. I am showing the notes to your order and know exactly what's going on. The problem is with a vendor we were dealing with which we had to change for the specific brand you purchased. The replacement fixture is on order with our new supplier. We had tried time and time again to get the original supplier to provide us with our replacement parts but can't get a hold of him. All the replacement issues that we had with this one vendor ended up costing us a lot to fix, now we have to purchase all new fixtures for the customers (which we did) and are expecting them in this week. At anytime, if you can not wait till the shipment is received in, I will be more than ready to issue you a full refund, even though this is just a glass replacement issue, I will still refund the order in full and you can buy just the replacement glass or a brand new fixture. I did want to make you aware that we finally have resolved the issue by opening up accounts with new vendors and the shipments are all on the way.”

reply posted Apr-27-2013 “Your order was shipped (minus the back orders) a very long time ago. You cancelled one item, and were issued a refund for it immediately. The pendants finally came in, and the company we purchased the items from sent all but one to you and one to us mistakenly. You phoned us up, we shipped out the fixture the same day. We are at fault for not showing the opened (non shipped) item on your order was the same item which we received into our store. We usually do not do shipping from our store, 90% of the orders get drop shipped directly to our customers. I apologize for the miss communication between us, call us with any questions or concerns.”
"I agree with Wen Polly. After reading many negative reviews I got nervous about my order and called. The customer service was excellent and I did receive my order in 4 weeks, which was what I was told the first time I called. For the price, it was worth waiting the 4 weeks. The item was received in perfect condition."
