"I agree with Wen Polly. After reading many negative reviews I got nervous about my order and called. The customer service was excellent and I did receive my order in 4 weeks, which was what I was told the first time I called. For the price, it was worth waiting the 4 weeks. The item was received in perfect condition."

"The worst company I have ever dealt with - ripped off for $269.28. I had many of the same issues as other posters. Originally ordered on 1/20/2013 and am still dealing with them. First no confirmation email even though my card had been charged. Finally received my lights (damaged) on 2/19/2013 after several emails asking what is going on. Sent pics of damage. Have several emails from Larry Krayzman stating he will refund, but have never received a credit on my card. He either doesn't know how to post a refund or is just flat out lying. Please think twice before ordering from this company. They are either the worst run company I have ever dealt with or just a bunch of lying crooks."

I PLACED AN ORDER ON AN ITEM I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS IN STOCK AND THAT IT WOULD BE SHIPPED WITHIN THE NEXT 3 TO 5 DAYS. THIS WAS BACK IN APRIL. WE ARE IN JUNE AND NO ONE TAKES MY CALLS. OF COURSE THEY TOOK MY MONEY SINCE APRIL.
PLEASE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....."

"Save yourself sometime and order from some where else. Placed an order and only received a generic order received you will receive a follow-up email. One week later- nothing. I tried calling customer service and received a mailbox full message- bad sign. I sent an email inquiry which was responded to and I was told it takes two weeks from order placement for the vendor to ship. However, they ship to their warehouse and then they will ship to me. I was not happy with how long it was going to take, but figured that's what I get for trying to save a few bucks. However, a week later I received an email from PayPal stating I had received a refund from BKD. No email or phone call from BKD explaining what happened. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received from an Internet company. I just placed an order for the same item from another site and they guarantee it will be at my house in a week. Save yourself some headaches and order from a reputable company that charges a little more."

"I cannot say anything negative about this company. I placed an order several days ago and made note that I didn't want any items unless they could all be shipped. I was notified that one item was unavailable and my order was immediately cancelled upon request. I ordered another order and then read these reviews. I called the company (after the listed business hours) and spoke with a gentleman in regards to my order. He told me that it was available but could not be shipped for 5-7 days. I was afraid to continue with the order because of the comments left here. I requested that he cancel my order and send me an email confirmation. He did so immediately. I had great customer service on my issues. I feel that I probably should have continued with my order but didn't want to take a chance because of the importance of receiving my order complete and timely. Please don't make negative comments if they aren't justified. "

"Wish I had seen all the "Stay Away" posts prior to placing my order. I placed my ceiling fan order on 5/6/13. Customer service answers the phone with 'Hello? Yeah, let me check that. So instead of shipping to us on wednesday, it is going to get there on friday" Get where? No concrete details and 'it's not what i wrote down from our last conversation'. And then the same crap happening next week. And getting adamant about my impatience about a month since order placed and still no positive feedback. And the latest today - after which i cancelled my order - earlier today "will send you tracking number soon" - what is soon - how do you stay in business giving vague, lame details?? Two hours later, its not going to arrive today, thats what the vendor just told me. So that was the last straw...I shop online all the time and have never experienced such slow and unprofessional service. "we are open until 8pm - HAVE YOU HEARD OF TIME ZONES? how do i know what your 8pm means to me? my 6 year old could have done a better job answering the phone. I was consoled at one point, that someone else has been waiting since April 20...How does that make things better, thats a huge red flag in my opinion!! In the end, it was too good to be true, $100 difference in my case. But if you estimate all the time I wasted listening to all the lies about supposed shipping dates, it goes way beyond $100...Shoppers beware!!!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! WORST ONLINE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Terrible customer service and they lie to you about ship dates. It took me 3 months to get a light fixture that I ordered and once I received it, it was the wrong color. I then had to pay $100 to ship it back in order to get a refund. 3 months later, I'm still fighting them for the refund of a $500 light fixture. Horrible! Just look at how they respond to other customer complaints. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Bath Kitchen Decor!"

"DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this store. It took me three weeks to get shipping notification. I ordered ceiling fan and they shipped it third week after I placed order. When I called to check shipping status only thing I heard was "you can still cancel it" not a word for an apology. Worst ever customer experience."

“We have told you the issue with that particular vendor. We have kept you up to date with the status of your order. We did our best to get this out to you in a timely fashion due to the vendor we were dealing with before. We can not control certain issues, so we have made it clear to you that you are able to cancel up until the item ships. The items are currently in transit to you and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.”

"I had placed an order, phoned in the order to ask about availability. The rep on the phone was very helpful and promised to ship my order right out. I received the order sooner then expected. I will definitely shop here again. Thanks for the beautiful lights at such a great price! "

"Ordered a vanity 2 weeks ago. Called day after order to see if I could add a medicine cabinet to the order - was told the medicine cabinet I wanted was out of stock, but there was one of the vanity left. Called again a few days later as I hadn't received any shipping information yet. Was told the vanity doesn't ship until 2 weeks after order. Should have been more suspicious at this point...called at the 2 week point to make sure it was shipping and was told the item is discontinued and unavailable. Wondering when they planned on letting me know....now I have a contractor starting in a week and I'm back at square one. Requested to speak with a manager, was told he was unavailable. Requested a call but never received one. Completely inaccurate website, unprofessional and unhelpful customer service. Wish these guys would get shut down!"

“Wish we would get shut down because we didn't have an item you ordered? You're card was never even charged. We put through the order with the manufacturer (who has told us they had enough to build one piece) when it came down to getting us out your order they were not able to supply the item anymore. We tried and did what we could. I apologize for your inconvenience and hope you do end up finding what you were looking for, somewhere.”

"do not order from them! i ordered my vanity top on April 10, web site did not mention anything about the fact that my oder was back0ordered and required 3 weeks of wait time. after 3 weeks they just cancelled my order and apologized that "it did not come" ! completely unprofessional!"

"This is the poorest excuse for a company that I have ever seen. I hope that buyers see this post before purchasing rather than later. I pray that BathKitchenDecor responds to this post so that we can begin a dialogue of who is at fault, customer or seller. I have excellent supporting evidence. Better Business Bureau F rating tells the story."

“We never put any fault on our customers. I am showing the notes to your order and know exactly what's going on. The problem is with a vendor we were dealing with which we had to change for the specific brand you purchased. The replacement fixture is on order with our new supplier. We had tried time and time again to get the original supplier to provide us with our replacement parts but can't get a hold of him. All the replacement issues that we had with this one vendor ended up costing us a lot to fix, now we have to purchase all new fixtures for the customers (which we did) and are expecting them in this week. At anytime, if you can not wait till the shipment is received in, I will be more than ready to issue you a full refund, even though this is just a glass replacement issue, I will still refund the order in full and you can buy just the replacement glass or a brand new fixture. I did want to make you aware that we finally have resolved the issue by opening up accounts with new vendors and the shipments are all on the way.”

"Ordered two wall sconces on 4/10/13, and received them yesterday 4/18/13 directly from the manufacturer via FEDEX. The price for the two light fixtures was well below any other sellers and included free shipping and no sales tax. My only complaint was not receiving a shipping notice or tracking number."

"Terrible company to do business with! Lots and Lots of excuses, no customer service skills and not one apology. They will take your money and forget about you. We called over 10 times to get our lights that came in several different shippments. Larry, the head of shipping, is completely incompetent. It is amazing that the owner of this company continues to employ this person. Dont shop here!"

“Your order was shipped (minus the back orders) a very long time ago. You cancelled one item, and were issued a refund for it immediately. The pendants finally came in, and the company we purchased the items from sent all but one to you and one to us mistakenly. You phoned us up, we shipped out the fixture the same day. We are at fault for not showing the opened (non shipped) item on your order was the same item which we received into our store. We usually do not do shipping from our store, 90% of the orders get drop shipped directly to our customers. I apologize for the miss communication between us, call us with any questions or concerns.”
