"Customer service is non-existent. I called and sent emails to inquire about the status of my order and have had no response to either. Calling the customer service number is futile as there is no option to speak to a real person - you can only leave a message in hope that they will call you back - which they won't.

Their website touts their committment to customer service. This is a joke. All three telephone numbers i have found for them do not enable me to speak to anyone. I gladly recommend that any person considering making a purchase through Bargains Avenue patronize their competitors instead."
