"I purchased two replacement batteries for Canon BP-512. They worked for about 30 days, then started to lose power quickly. At 60 days, one was dead (charges to full in 15 seconds and has no power). The other is still holding at about 25% capacity and will most likely die soon.
I contacted customer service three times and got an automated response the first two times and was informed that my warranty was for 30 days and that they can't do anything for me.
Beware of their batteries. Quality is below standard. These batteries should last about 2 years, not two months. Shipping charges are inflated by a 300% markup on the actual USPS shipping cost.
Will not buy from them again. Consider yourself warned and stay away from this merchant. "
