Thank you for your order and your review. Unfortunately, BB shipped your order via Ground Service instead of the desired Overnight Service. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Once we realized how your order was shipped, we followed these steps to try and ease any further hassles:

- 8:30am(10/9): a voice mail was left at the number provided advising how the order was shipped.

- e-mail was sent advising the tracking information.

- credit was issued for the Overnight Charges.

- during a follow-up conversation, you advised that the product must be delivered on Friday(10/10) and if so, then should be no problem.

- Friday(10/10): order was delivered.

BB has a long history with your fellow franchise owners throughout the country and they can attest that this error is not the norm, but a rarity. In such cases, BB ensures that we are out in front of the situation and that we are advising the customer of the problem while doing what is possible to rectify the situation.

"I paid for 2 day shipping and I got it 5 days later, 7 counting the weekend and 8 considering I ordered it on Wednesday and they didn'tt call me about a problem with something until the next day. I called and left a message about this and never got a refund or a call back. Very frustrating when you are running a business that depends on this machine!!"

Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, we need to add a few items to your review:

1. Wednesday, October 1, 2014 1:14 PM: your order was placed online and shipping method of Ground Service was chosen, not Second Day.

2. Wednesday, October 1, 2014 3:34 PM: BB advised - "Unfortunately, the credit card provided is being declined. ... If you would please let us know how we should proceed, that would be appreciated."

3. A little after two hours after your order was placed, BB advised you that there was a problem with your order - not, "I ordered it on Wednesday and they didn't call me about a problem with something until the next day."

4. Thursday(10/2): you phoned and advised that you entered the incorrect expiration date. A new credit card expiration date was provided and you upgraded your order to Second Day.

5. Thursday(10/2): your order was processed; credit card was approved and your order was shipped via FedEx Ground.

6. Friday, October 3, 2014 8:44 AM: BB sent an e-mail advising your order status; tracking information and delivery date of Wed(10/8).

7. BB also advised that your order was shipped via Ground Service instead of Second Day and a credit has been issued for the Second Day charge.

Re: " I got it 5 days later, 7 counting the weekend and 8 considering I ordered it on Wednesday": Since the decline of your credit card caused a 1-day delay, your order was delivered within 4-business days - typical transit times are based upon Business Days and do not include weekends.

BB had advised you in a timely manner, every step of the way regarding the status of your order. Whether it was that your Credit Card was declined or your order was shipped via the original Ground Shipping method.

Based on our records, your review does not accurately depict how BB handled your order. We are aware of the challenges of running a business and our goal is to ensure that we are assisting businesses meet these needs.
