"We purchased a couple of ticket printers from BarCode Giant, and they were very helpful throughout the entire process. Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my online shopping experience (their live chat is actually useful! that almost never happens) and when UPS got creative with our delivery Michael immediately stepped in to get it sorted out. Great prices, great service, what more could you want?"

"Product was not what I ordered. Tried to return but had horrible customer service. Will never shop here again. Told all of my friends about horrible service and encouraged them to NEVER shop here."

"I was not going to write on this subject. But, receiving a "Tell us how we did email" triggered this response. Barcode Giant did horrible and failed miserably. I ordered a pack of 50 proximity cards. The information regarding the format, setup, card range, etc. was given over the phone to the sales rep. When I received the cards, everything about them was wrong. When I requested new cards, I received the exact below reply-

"As far as the return goes, you can keep those cards because my warehouse is not taking them back. I am crediting your entire order because of my misleading website.""

"Working with Barcode Giant was excellent. The communication with our sales rep Peter was great. He was able to give me detailed information for all my requests and answered all my questions with no problems. Order was placed and delivered much quicker than expected. Will absolutely work with again in future."

"Very poor customer support and processing!!
Online Order Process appeared to go smooth, but that was were it stopped. Item was on backorder and I was never notified. After waiting 5 days and not getting info to track shipping, I had to contact them to get a status who blamed it on the manufacturer and then said I had to call the salesrep who processed the order direct (could not even transfer). The sales rep did then look into the order and found that the item was due to come in that day (now 6 days after the order) and would be shipped out the following day. I then received the order 3 days later (10 days after the orig order). I am very dissatisfied with them for the simple fact that they charged my CC for the order 2 days after the orig order knowing full well the product was on backorder as well as no notice that the product was on backorder as I had to contact them. Also, no response to my orig review from their own website so they obviously either don't read those either or just ignore. I guess I should have suspected something was amiss when my receipt was emailed to me 2 full days after my order, however it showed a ship date of the order date.
Very poor customer support and follow thru!!"

“Bruce, we are terribly sorry to hear about the service that you received. We have tried to reach you multiple times and, so far, have been unable to touch basis with you. Unfortuantely, in this case, we were not aware of the backorder before you contacted us and were therefore unable to contact you first. It was our understanding that the manufacturer was shipping your order on the day that it was placed. We are currently trying to tighten the ropes on the communicatioon channel between ourselves and the manufacturer to prevent these instances. We've also tried searching to find where you may have posted another review and have been unsuccessful at locating it. We would love to speak with you in regards to your experience. Hopefully, we can restore your faith in Barcode Planet.”

"Barcode Giant had the best price that I could find on the barcode software that I was ordering by far. Very friendly customer service and quick ship. Answered my questions and got me going quickly. Thanks for such great service."

"Never order from them. Horrible return policy. Even if item is defective.
I ordered good priced receipt printer from Barcode Giant. It arrived quickly. I did not hook it up for 2 weeks then used it for a few days, until it died. Contacted Barcode Giant and was informed that I was already outside of the return window. After talking to them over several weeks they randomly deiced to send my a return auth that was good for a few weeks. When I seen the return aurh and had a change to ship the item it was expired and they would not extend said return by 1 week. Now I have to send this brand new defective printer off to be repaired, when I should have been offered a new exchange from the beginning. Bottom line is the do have good prices and quick shipping. However, do not buy something that could possibly have a problem with it. Maybe paper, ink, or dirt. Certainly not something mechanical or electronic."

As mentioned in our conversation, due to the time you allowed to pass, we really did go out of our way to provide you an RMA exception that you unfortunately, allowed to expire before you tried shipping the item back. Considering how much time passed between you placing the order and then trying to contact us, we are not able to do an exchange. Instead, our offer to assist you in getting this unit repaired and paying for the shipping still remains. You mentioned having emails from the manufacturer that approved a return. As I mentioned, if you are able to find those emails, we are more than willing to continue working with you in getting this resolved. Please do let me know what you find.
