They did everything exactly as requested - but did it with a tremendous level of quality. <br>This is not a high production, quick and dirty banner company. They have married low costs with high attention to detail. For instance, our 6.5' x 13' banner was so clear, it rivaled the 36" x 60" print we had a local local sign company do for us. The CS rep not correct at his end so I reentered it all at my end for the 5 x 10. the 3 x 3 banner arrived few days later. i gave it a couple days and then contacted the CS rep when the 5x10 banner did not arrive.
