Ordered it on Friday, June 18 and had it by the 22nd.<br>It was easy to assemble and I was ready to go. However, I had a slight problem--the ball wasn\u0027t rolling. Called the Dyson help number and they had me reseat the ball filter. Then it worked fine. I don\u0027t see that this has anything to do with Banks Vacuum superstore.<br>I love being able to see the dirt I am collecting. I do wish the container was larger so I could vacuum a little longer before I need to empty it. I decided to give the company a call since their contact info was pretty much everywhere. I got an answer within 2 rings. The guy who answered gave told me the name of his site along with his name and asked how he could help me. I was stunned that someone actually answered believe it or not. I kinda stammered and admitted I was just calling to see if anyone would answer. He said it was a good idea to do so. A random question about the product came to mind and I asked. He answered graciously and assured me all the products Bank\u0027s store were brand new from the factory. I considered myself helped and said goodbye. Very easy, pleasant, and nice. Cool, eh? I bought the vacuum 10 seconds later. I just love my vacuum!! what suction it has! i have always vacuumed my carpets most days but when i used the dyson, i pulled up so much dirt in the canister that i could not believe what we were living on!! each room, i filled the canister! WOW!!! i cant live without it now. just to think of all the vacuums i have gone thru over the years and NEVER have i seen such suction! They also have excellent security for credit card purchases as they will not ship to an address that is not listed on your credit card account.
