I called with a question about a price I had seen on the Internet but didn\u0027t see on their webpage; despite the offer being over, my representative - Jay - gave me the lower price and still threw in the free shipping offer. Although the product was on backorder, Jay walked me through what I should add to the notes section of my order form. I am so pleased with the product, but even more so with Bank\u0027s. Thanks so much for making the vacuum shopping experience easy and pain-free.
