They dispatched the order very quickly and with tracking, even though the shipping was free! The product arrived with a blot on the screen which was caused during transport it was actually nothing but a pressure spot that was simply fixed using a suction cup. Nevertheless, Banggood offered me to return the tablet back to them if I was not satisfied with my order in their expense, something that I didn't do since the tablet was working fine!
