reply posted Apr-03-2013 “The item that was purchased was an uncommon regulator that needed to be ordered in from the factory. 10 Minutes after was placed we sent an email - per our policy - that specified a 3-5 day lead time until we shipped the item. We received the item on the 6th day due to the vendor having a slight delay shipping the item out. We apologize for the delay but we do our best to keep customers updated with the status of their order from the time it's placed to when it's received.”
