Their web price still showed 25% off on the photo of the snowshoes but the original full price, not the sale price. I called their Eugene store as online support wasn\u0027t open on weekends and a very helpful clerk assured me that they would honor the ad as long as I made the comment in the online order form. Two days later my order arrived and it was at the discount price. "I bought Drakon 45 on the 02-04 and arrived 02-07 as well as Aura 2P on 02-05 and arrived 02-08. Their sales are absolutely great, inventory status online's spot on, condition of product is spanking new, shipping packaging's great. They even put a piece of cardboard under the flaps where the two leafs of a box folds down to prevent razors from cutting the product when you open the box. Price wise, compared to REI, backcountryedge, and backcountry, their non-sale items are roughly the same but their sales and clearance is VERY competitive and a good 10% lower than the next on-sale item on the other sites. Overall, I definitely recommend this store and I definitely will shop here in the future."
