"Wow! My problem was very similar to the last writer. I ordered an easel, never received an order confirmation. Called them on 12/21 and they said the manufacturer was out of stock. I emailed them to cancel the same day. On 12/27 I received an email that they see I received the item. What?? I emailed and called to remind them that I cancelled and I never received a shipping confirmation or the item. There is absolutely no communication from that company. If you can get the item from another company please do so. This one is just too risky!"
"I purchased an art easel from Baby Earth for my granddaughter for Christmas on 12/21/09 through Amazon. I was notified that it would be delivered no later than Jan. 5th. On January 6th, when it still had not been delivered, I contacted the company by email & asked when it was going to arrive. They emailed back & said it was out of stock & they wouldn't have it in the birch color until March. I emailed back, asked if they could get it in another color since there hadn't been a color listed on the sale and told them this really was unacceptable (why did they wait to tell me until after the arrival date and only after I asked?), and that I hoped we could work it out or I would have to post a negative review with Amazon. Two days later, I still hadn't heard from them and went into my amazon account to post a review, and they had cancelled the order which prevented me from leaving any feedback. Pretty sneaky."
