Whenever I am in need of photographic or audio equipment, I always check this store first; their reliability is exemplary, and their prices, while not always the cheapest, are very competitive. Best of all, you won't get any phone calls from sleazy salespersons trying to sell you the kitchen sink, pulling bait and switch games, or misquoting advertised prices.

Navigating the website was easy. The confirming order emails were almost immediate, and the order was received within three days. Most transactions I have done with B & H, have been transparent and efficient.

I have done business with B&H many times since buying a Minolta SLR in 1977. This latest transaction - print servers - was handled in the reliable and professional manner I have come to expect. The equipment arrived quickly, in excellent condition, and worked exactly as expected.

After not finding what I was looking for at my local photo store I found it at B&H. Easy to order and it was at my door in a few days. This was my first B&H order, but will definitely will be using them again.

The camera was shipped very quickly to my door and was in great condition. It was packaged very secure and protected on all sides with air bags. Very happy with the product so far. I have already recommended B&H Photo-Video to several friends after they wondered where I got my new camera. Great website with free shipping and low prices. I will be doing more business with them.

Just wow. I love this company so much I had to write them directly and let them know how great they are. Quick shipping with fast e-mail confirmation, great website with detailed descriptions of products, wonderful customer service... Killer company to order through. I'll be using them again for my photographic needs.

I ordered a set of Eneloop batteries with charger. As always the site was easy to navigate & a good price. Also free shipping. Received email with shipping info & tracking #. Arrived 5 days later. You can't get any better than that. very satisfied with B&H.

I would buy from B&H again, they did a great job handling and delivering my Microsft Webcam. It was a great day when I could finally get rid of my 2 year old Logitech Camera that the company would not support under win7. New Camera installed easily and clear concise instruction.

EXCELLENT store, very quick and totally reliable. Prices are a little bit higher than some sites but is definitely worth it! I don't worry about any order with B and H, ever. I have been ripped off and BS'd by other sites, so it is very good to have a trustworthy site. Keep up the great work, B and H!
I will return and I do recommend them to everyone....
