The Sigma 50mm f/1.4 lens I ordered had front focus problems on my Canon 40D. I returned the lens and B&H even paid return shipping. Very good and friendly service.

I had shopped around online looking for the best prices since I had to buy multiple items. B&H consistently had the lowest prices for most everything. Also the shipping costs were super low. I had called the corporate dept about a multiple item discount. They were very pleasant and helpful over the phone. They quickly e-mailed me a new invoice with the reduced costs for everything. I called back and put the order in within a couple of minutes. The items were shipped very fast from B&H. UPS unfortunately did not show up on the day they were supposed to be shipped, through no fault of B&H. The truck had my items but never came by to deliver them, I had to pick them up from a UPS center. Overall my experience with B&H was great. I would prefer not to have to deal with UPS anymore. May have to choose an alternate shipping method in the future.

I have dealt with B&H several times over the last 6 years. They have always been prompt and easy to work with. Their prices are very competitive and they are completely legitimate unlike so many other on-line operations. A very professional outfit.

I had been looking for a DSLR for some time now and was unable to find one for a reasonable price... that all changed after i saw that B&H site they had my dream camera (The Nikon D90 with 18-105 VR lens) for $200 US dollars less than my local electronics retailer, after reading great reviews about the camera and about B&H i took the plunge and ordered it through B&H's online store... the experience was smooth and pain free... after exactly a week my order had arrived (UPS 5-7 Day Ground) and i am very happy the way things turned out... Great Job B&H you just earned a life long customer...
