"i was a little worried reading the summaries here.... Then when i rec'd an email stating there was a problem with my order i really started to worry. I spoke with a Sorin in Sales/Service. I tell you, he put the service back into customer service. Long story short, my p4 1.9ghz wasnt avail (oem), so they were UPGRADING me to retail box version..then shipped it 3-day select, and followed up with a personal email as promised.

"8/29 Placed an order for a Thermaltake Aluminum case on 8/24. Price was WELL below all other resellers. After 4 days my case had not shipped and I came here and posted a complaint on what I perceived was the runaround I was being given by customer service.Turns out the runaround I was getting was from Thermaltake. 8/30 Today I received an email from Sam, the owner of the company explaining the problems with mine and others orders for the Thermaltake Case.He offered that if I keep my order with them they will give me free shipping and the case at cost. Also my next order at cost also. I asked for his permission to post his email to me and am waiting for his reply. I think that him personally responding to my problem helps to strengthen his credibility in wanting to improve their customer service and to get repeat business. I definitely see it as a plus to get MY repeat business. If I can come here to complain about an unhappy situation with a business I also must be willing to come here and openly share what is being done to resolve my complaint and ultimately the final satisfactory resolution. If I can condemn in public I must be willing to praise in public as well. Will post his email when given his permission and will update as this process moves along.

In Last 2 weeks we have received over 120 orders for new Thermlatake Cases over our website We had not stocked the products, but as per arrangements with Thermaltake directly, those orders were to be shipped from their warehouses. We had many orders for Next Day/Second day etc, who paid for the services but never received the products. Initially we thought that there may be just delivery problem with UPS or FED-EX Upon contacting them we got run-around. They had not shipped any orders yet as they were waiting for shipment We have been telling our customers that Cases were in stock - as we were notified by Thermaltake - and / or they were shipped - as we were notified by Thermaltake
As owner, I assume responsibility for this and offer following , besides my apology 1. We continue the order until Thermaltake can ship the order - We will absorb UPS ground shipping and also SEND THE CASE at our cost 2. Cancel the order Regardless of what you select, we are sorry this order has not gone smoothly and up to your satisfaction. Do understand, it was not intentional. To make it up, allow us to offer next order at cost. On your next order, please mention this order number and code"This order at cost as per Sam" , and we will readjust the prices and ship you the order at cost. Again, your satisfaction is important to us , and we invite you to remain our satisfied customer
