"SCAM!!! I ordered a motherboard combo from pricewatch. I got junk in the mail that did not work. Not even what I ordered and not the shipping class that I paid for. First of all, BZBOYS pads the reviews on pricewatch with fake positives. Second, I experieced pretty much the same as people that posted here. They did not respond to emails or return calls. When I called as a new customer, I got someone. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was refused. I spoke to the same person everytime and everytime he gave me a different name. When I told of my experience on pricewatch, I was told that if I did not remove my negative remarks, I would not get my money back. They even told me that they would contact my bank to "prevent" me from disputing the charges. Total RIP OFFS!!!!!"
"I ordered a hard to find video card because I wanted to go SLI on my rig, which requires an exact match on the GPU and RAM clock speeds. I ordered through BzBoyz.com via Shop.com and when BzBoyz.com shipped the product they called to confirm my office address. I confirmed with them the exact part number I ordered (because nVidia OEM's a lot) and they repeated the correct number. When I got my product 3 days later, the invoice was correct, but the video card in the box was the WRONG ONE!! It bore the same brand and model name, but the part number was one for a card with a slower clock speed and slower memory, and was NOT compatible. Not to mention the part they shipped cost $138 less than the part I ordered. When I called to return it, they wanted ME to pay the return shipping and charge me a 15% restocking fee, AND only refund the cost of the inferior card they DID end up sending. This is insane. If you don't have the part WHY TRY TO SNEAK IN AN INFERIOR PRODUCT AND NOT SAY ANYTHING?!? Totally underhanded business practice. Shop.com came through on their guarantee and has put in writing they will make BzBoyz.com give a full refund or cover it themselves, and they eMailed me a return eLabel. Shop.com rocks. BzBoyz.com sucks. STAY AWAY!"
" I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the very poor customer service that I received from your company. The service was very slow and the memory that your website suggested to me was not compatible with my motherboard. When I brought this to your attention and returned the memory for refund, you only refunded $80 on a $119 purchase price. I will NEVER do business with your company again and I will spread the word on the internet about your poor business practices. This will end up costing you a lot more than the ~$50 that you ripped me off for. Tom Fisher MD BSEE Dallas,TX "
"I purchased a motherboard and CPU from BzBoyz, Signal Hill, CA (also known as MicroX) on June 14, 2005. I received the order, and the CPU had bent pins and after installation, would not work. I got an RMA and returned the merchandise. They took over a month to replace the defective components, after telling me that it was out of stock and would I like a more expensive one instead. The new parts arrived, and seemed to work fine for several days, until the whole system died. When I contacted the company for a refund, I was juggled between technicians, managers, etc. until I was told that the products were no longer under warranty (what after 2 weeks?) and that I could not receive a refund. They said I could choose one of 3 options: 1. Ship the parts back for a replacement, I pay the shipping. 2. Ship the parts back for store credit equal to their non-markup price. 3. Leave them alone because they are under no obligation to help me anyway. I told them I would ship the parts back if they would give me a refund of what I paid. I haven't heard back from them. This whole ordeal left me computer-less for over 100 days and counting. My only recourse was to dispute the payment to my credit card company."
"As other reviews have found, these guys are crap. They don't have inventory for the items they sell. Ordered on the 23rd, order status online kept saying "order has been sent to sales department for processing," then on the 30th an email comes stating that the order is cancelled because "I" -- 1) cancelled the order [not true], or 2) there was a problem with the order and they couldn't reach me [well, they never tried to reach me]. Are these guys scamming credit card numbers from people for nefarious purposes? They aren't legit."

"Do not buy from this false advertising company. With all the long distance calls to customer service I had to cancel my mobo/cpu order, after wasting 2 weeks. It was hard to understand their India accented out-sourced customer service reps. They wanted $20 more for the Retail version, saying I ordered "OEM" when it clearly stated "Retail box" (see below). bzboys said they sent me 2 emails on the status of my order and to reply with a fax waiver. What waiver, what email.. are they nuts. I not giving them permission to send me bad goods or no RMA recourse. I kept asking for them to email it to me, I wanted to see this document, it never arrived. But when I agreed to pay $20 for the so called "Retail box" version I got an email with in the hour. Wow so their email servers do work. After 2 weeks of waiting and calling I gladly ordered from another company for more money. I reported my experience to the BBB. They need to be shut-down by the BBB to put a stop to this fraudlent company.
The order confirmation from bzboys shows I ordered "Retail" and not "oem" as they claim. *************************** Quantity Name 1 Microstar PT880 Neo-LSR (MS-7008) Pentium4 DDR with 2.4Ghz 478Pin 800FSB CPU & FAN W/Retail Box. *************************** "

"This company don't seem to be all they say they are. I bought some "Samsung" RAM, 2x1GB sticks, back in March. Being a PC Repair company Director myself, and an actual HONEST one, i knew as soon as these sticks turned up they weren't Samsung at all, i have sold more RAM than these guys at BZBOYZ have had hot breakfasts.
Other than that, the sticks are still OK, but, due to the bad reviews on here, i won't be using them again.
EDIT: After reading all 51 pages of reviews, about 10 reviews are good. These guys should be called BSIS-BOYZ.COM - Bullshit Indian Speaking Boyz.
Get off the marketplace, you Indian Conning T*ATS! Someone shut these morons down!
Regards,
Tidus Johnson (Kitamura Computers UK Director)"

I ordered a stick of RAM from them. A few days later they sent an email stating my order was cancelled. No phone calls or emails were received inbetween the receipt of my order and the cancellation email.
It has been a week now and my credit card still has not been refunded. This business operates as bzboyz, pcparts, tuffshop, etc. After reading the reviews here, how can a place like this stay in business?
I am giving them 72 hours to release the 'hold' on ym credit card. After that, I am filing fraud charges with my credit card company.
Anyone else have problems with them releasing the 'hold' they put on your credit card? "
"received defective motherboard. I returned it and received a worse MB, it was used and would not boot. Also was missing parts out of the box. I am trying to resolve the issue with PC CHIPS. BZBoyz has piss poor customer service."
