“We do not manufacture any of the products we sell. We purchase from several vendors and ones we feel are reliable in terms of the products they sell. If memory is not compatible with a particular system it will not work properly if at all. We have offered a full refund and once we receive the items back we will look present this to our vendor. Howver, generally speaking, memory chips are purchased by many manufacturers and the speed at which they run would be determined by the SPD. The chip itself would not be the prime factor in determining the memory modules speed.”
“Thanks for your appreciation and business”
“We are very sorry for any problems with your order. We cannot find any record of this order. The order number provided was not ours. However, if this customer had purchased generic memory, we cannot guarantee it will work with ANY system. Even branded memory such as Kingston is not guaranteed to work in every system. They will only guarantee that a particular memory will work in a particular motherboard/computer. That is because they test their memory with most of the major systems in the market. Generic is not tested with every system and their specifications meet general standards.”
“We are very sorry the memory did not work for you. No memory, even branded memory like Kingstons work with every motherboard in the market. The difference is that branded memory has been tested with specific chipsets and is guaranteed to work with those chipsets. With generic memory they work with most systems; however, it can very by manufacturer. We purchase thousands of generic memory from various vendors and one memory from one vendor may work for you while another may not.
In any case, we have given you a full refund including the original shipping and handling. In addition we have given you an additional refund to help alleviate some of your shipping costs.
Once again, we are sorry for the time and effort you have spent on this purchase.
Thank you,
Bzboyz

"I also need to contact these guys - i have had a few good purchases and a couple that i needed to RMA. I recieved the RMA instructions on both purchases, sent them both out at our expense one day apart, recieved confirmation of receipt and only got the first exchange, the second.. well still waiting for the exchange - i've been trying to get through since october 13th when they signed for the delivery. I've heard NOTHING from them, website under maintenance, service and sales phone numbers ring no answer, no response from service, rma, or sales email addresses. looks like they're out of biz. and I'm out $90 + return shipping. I found them through Pricewatch.com not ebay, they are no longer selling on pricewatch either.
So now what?....."
