"Ordered on 1/21 and it is now 3/04 and still have not received. We have written several emails and made several calls. If we do not receive this week we will cancel order through PayPal. This vendor has the worst customer service of anyone I've ever dealt with...buyers beware!"

"Do not buy from this Vendor,

I live in Canada and wanted to buy golf clubs for my Brother who lives in Las Vegas. Unfortunately my papal account was in the process of being confirmed, so I can purchase the clubs and send them to a location other than my the billing location (this would take 5 days).
Brian (BHM Representative) said that these were his last set of Tommy Armour clubs and wanted me to give him my credit card number over the phone. I told him that I would rather wait to use paypal. He then began verbally abusing me, making rude comments about Canadians, and threats. I told him I no longer wished his services and ended the phone call.

Brian called me back within seconds to continue to verbally assault me. I wished him luck with his business and ended the call again.

Brian called me a third time, trying to make ammends for his words and actions, almost begging me to buy these golf clubs. I accepted his appology, but refused to buy his golf clubs.

This vendor should not be allowed to sell merchandise. He is abusive, rude, and irresponsible. "

I've read these review and DO NOT agree with them. This is my second order with this company and so far everything as been above my expectations and the service that I received has been better than the service you get these days from real world stores.

"This guy is unbelievable! I ordered a Sun Mountain C130 bag. Immediately received notification it shipped. However, when it was received, it was an SCB, not a C-130. Called this guy and he tells me I can keep it, it is worth $40 more than the one I ordered (which on his own website is $10 less, so he must have thought I was an idiot!). I told him it was not the bag I wanted, so he said I needed to return the item and place a replacement order. So, now I've paid twice, and all I have received is three shipments of the original wrong bag he sent me.

When you call him, he is rude and pretentious. I've been trying to get my money back for weeks now to no avail. The credit card company is trying to recoup the payments, but what a poor business and even poorer excuse for a human being! Do yourself a favor, don't buy from BHM!"

“We apologize for our Sun mountain vendor at the time. They often shipped the wrong items direct to customers and customers got upset. Then they told us they were taking care of the problem and they continued to mess up. That really messed our reputation. We apologized to this person and offerred him a solution. He wanted his money back and we issued refund on all monies charged by BHM GOLF”

"The reviews I have just read to precede mine all echo the infuriating service I too have (and continue) to experience.

The lies, the "F" words, the delays, and every negative thought you could possibly imagine would accurately describe this money grabbing idiot. He should be barred from trading.

Such is my distress, that I am poised to take legal action.

In the meantime, can I suggest that everyone who has suffered at the hands of BHM Golf file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). An online complaint form can be found at https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01

If your experience with BHM Golf is anything like mine, then I expect you will feel that this company should be investigated and prevented from trading.

Further, you may wish to also contact the manufacturers of the goods you have ordered to similarly express your discontent. Others who may take a dim view of BHM Golf may include:

- PGA of America
- PayPal

If anyone has any other ideas on how to protect unsuspecting potential victims, do let everyone know."

"Worst internet retailer ever. I was lied to and strung along for close to two months. I tried to cancel the order and was told that it had already been shipped only to find out that the order was shipped weeks after my cancellation request. I had to file a complaint with my credit card to finally get my account creditted after the item was returned. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. "

"I placed an order 07/25 for a Sun Mountain Speed Cart V1. He jerked me around for a while. But since I paid for it with PayPal, I opened a complaint in the Resolution Center which included my incomplete transaction and comments I found here. Within an hour he called and said the money had been refunded. Two minutes later he called again and asked why I said those things and hung up. Pay with PayPal. But then again, don't order anything from this scammer!!

08/01/2009 It's funny and sad how his response indicates that I'm not a valid BHM customer, and its not a valid invoice. It was my first and only order from BHM. And if you delete this information, of course it's not valid..... Brian, do us all a favor and get out of the golf equipment business. Go into something more in line with your natural talents like selling compost bins or manure........"

"I can't get ANY information. He's promised over and over again that the shoes shipped, he told me for certain that they would be here by Christmas. He really doesn't care! I don't think this complaint site has much of an effect on him at all because he keeps treating every customer the same way.

I have been all over this guy everyday and YES he's the most rude vendor I've EVER encountered. He's actually hung up on me too. He just emailed me and told me that he'd have an answer tomorrow. Yeah right! He's just trying to buy more time. Obviously they have not shipped because he'd have nothing to hide and would give customers their tracking number (which I asked for right off the bat)immediately. I don't believe he ever ordered the shoes from Nike.

He's a fraud. I'll be visiting my bank tomorrow moring.

"BHM is a SCAM!! I ordered an SF Giants golf bag and contacted him several times to get the status. He then tells me it will ship the next week. Surprise..NOTHING! After weeks of nothing I finally file a complaint with paypal and he refunds my money back. He then comments stating that Callaway lost their license on the MLB bags, but why is he still advertising these bags on his website? And why didn't he tell me this in the first place if that was the case so that I could get my money back? He then emails me on my reguarr email address saying that I will be contacted by his lawyer and will be sued for liability?!?! Good luck with that....I think we all need to contact Dateline and put this guy out of business for good! THIS GUY IS AN IDIOT and SCAM!

I had to revise my response since I got an email stating that maybe I wasn't satisfied with BHM because maybe the time frame was too short...here's my explanation.
I could have waited for the item if I new that he had it in stock. I asked for a refund and he didn't respond...(maybe bc he didn't want to give me my money). I only got my refund after filing a complaint with paypal. The bag was not even being produced anywhere since he tells me through paypal that Callaway lost their license to make the MLB bags. Why couldn't he have shared this information when I politely asked for a refund in the first place, which I would have been entitled to if the bag was no longer being produced? And he was also still advertising the bags on his website as IN STOCK and ready to ship in 3-5 business days."
