"Bait and Switch: Be forewarned they do not stock the diamonds on their lists, some come from as far away as asia.

I recently placed an order from b2c and they seem to be playing a bait and switch deal with me. I purchased a diamond 1.33/VVS2/F and now they're offering me 1.22/VS2/H for the same price saying the other diamond "cracked" and the culet broke during inspection. Even if I ask for a full refund I'm out the $25 transfer fee. "

"Excellent diamond. Exactly as described. Had it verified by two independent gemologists and both said I got an EXCELLENT deal! Big thanks"

"I am an optimist, but when something sounds too good to be true, the skeptic in me rises to the top. Buying something as important and expensive as an engagement ring over the internet was very scary for me, but the guys at B2C Jewels made me feel very comfortable by helping me pick out a diamond (even though I thought I knew what I was doing) as well as making me feel comfortable with the payment and their 30-day money back guarantee.

Now that I'm on the back end of the purchase and my fiancee is proudly showing off her engagement ring, I can say that all my worries about losing a substantial amount of money to scam artists was a waste of time! The ring came before promised, looked better than I thought, and was set in the band I picked beautifully. It came with the original GIA certificate and an appraisal from Gemlogic for $32,000 more than what I paid B2C. My first stop after receiving the ring was to a local appraiser to confirm authenticity (I told you I was a skeptic) who appraised it $16,000 more than I paid.

Bottom line, why pay full price when you can buy with confidence at B2C Jewels? "

"I had been always concern about buying diamond online, however, after one month researched, I finally decided to custom my engagement ring here. I made great choice ever. When I received it, I was very surprised how beautiful it is, we love it! I'm very please with my purchase, Thanks to Brian, best customer! I will refer more business and come back for next diamond jewelry."

"Excellent service. Excellent craftsmanship and more than excellent prices. I was happy to have ordered by fiance's ring from here and trust me she was happier. I always dealt with Jerry for my order and he was extremely courteous, understanding and good to talk to. They expedited my order as I was travelling which made it a lot easier."

"I worked with Jerry for about 2 months before my husband purchased my diamond from B2C. Like most, I was somewhat skeptical at first about spending a large sum of money online, especially not "seeing" the diamond before purchasing it. One of the GREAT things about B2C is that when I did find a diamond I was interested in, Jerry contacted the dealer (typically over seas) for "notes/comments" on that particular stone. He was also able to provide an image of the stone, if it was available from the dealer...both of these services helped tremendously!

In the end, Jerry helped me find a GIA 2 carat cushion, I color, IF for $11,500. When I took this stone to have it set at our local jeweler they were BLOWN AWAY by the price we paid for the stone. They said that they would sell that same stone for $18-20k! They even asked me the name of the B2C's site because they could not get over the price we paid!

While we did have a slight hiccup with my husband's credit card & the purchase, B2C was able to expedite the diamond SUPER fast. It came several days ahead of schedule and we were able to get the stone set in time for our wedding ;-) Jerry, You're the BEST!!!!"

"B2C jewels is the best place to buy your engagement ring. The ring I bought came with an appraisal, however I though it was a good idea to obtain a second opionon. The appraiser(5 stars on yelp) told me the wholesale price, I told him I bought the diamond for $5,000 less then that price. He was blown away said I got a great deal even for a wholesale customer. The ring is absolutely beautiful, she is getting compliments on the ring everyday, and absolutely loves the ring.

For those looking for diamonds here is some advice:

Use pricescope.com to compare prices for loose diamonds what you will find is amongst the 12 or so vendors on pricescope B2C has the best prices. Learn about the HCA calculator from Pricescope it will help you find what is hopefully a well beatiful stone.

Don't be afraid to ask the B2C sales people questions, I asked Jerry my sales agent a ton of questions, he had some great expert advice. He made me feel comfortable through the whole process and was awesome."

"Last year bought my wife a 1.07ct round VS2 I color GIA certified diamond from B2C after much browsing and investigating. The price was at least 50% lower than in retail stores and 30% lower than other internet dealers. It was SO low, yes I know a 1ct diamond is NOT cheap but if you want one read on, I doubted the quality and how it would actually look in my wife's setting. Delivery was fast, it came from Europe so added a few extra days, and when it came I was amazed how great it looked. Mounted it in the setting and she has admired it ever since.

So this year I purchased an anniversary ring, 1.1 ttcw 11 round diamonds I color SI2 in yellow gold, and we just received it; WOW she was amazed again. If you know what you want B2C has the prices that will beat anyone, also they have been very helpful with any questions but do your homework first as if you are working with a budget, like most of us are, then knowing how much you are willing to spend vs. how the jewelry will look is very important .

See you next year B2C!"

"I've been trying to purchase a diamond from the website. I thought it was as simple as point, click and buy. However 4 stock numbers later and none of the diamonds that I choose are in stock. 2 of them are still featured on the website 4 days later. So disappointed because the prices are really good but I'm not sure if this is a bait and switch tactic...

Update to my previous review. The staff at B2C jewelers worked closely with me to make sure that I was happy. Their customer service is amazing. All's well that ends well."

"Dealing with B2C was a great experience. I was very apprehensive about purchasing an engagement ring online and I thought many of the reviews were to good to be true but they are the real deal. Phenomenal customer service combined with great prices and a great selection make for a very satisfied purchaser with an extremely happy fiancee. Would definitely shop there again."

"I have had nothing but a great experience with B2C Jewels. I was a pain from the beginning, requesting a custom ship/delivery date and calling them several times to confirm everything. Both Sheldon and Adam in their Customer Support are awesome. They answered every question I had and made the whole process easy.

The engagement ring came right on time and is BEAUTIFUL! It was above and beyond my expectations. 3 days after getting the ring my new Fiance slammed her finger in a door and crushed the ring, leaving the diamond untouched. I called and spoke to Sheldon and he assured me that everything would be fine. They don't sell the ring I originally ordered by itself (without the diamond). Sheldon made an exception and even created a whole new page on their website with the custom ring by itself. I have been blown away with this company.

I am in Customer Service myself, and it is easy for me to know good service when I see it. I will definitely use B2C again in the future."

"I read other reviews where people wrote that their credit card was declined and they were told to do a bank transfer. Just remember that there are two sides to every story. The odds are that this company wants your business and will not reject your credit card without a good reason.

I paid with a credit card on their website and did not have any trouble. I received the ring in 5 business days. Outstanding!
I took the ring to a local jeweler. The diamond is real, the GIA certificate was verified, and the 4 C's were correct.

I was hesitant to purchase a diamond online, but now I am glad I did. Thank you B2C!"

"Edited on 20121021:
Thanks for the help from B2C and I have purchased another diamond from them. The follow up service and recommendation from the sales is good. The only bad thing is that b2c holds virtual inventory and sometimes the stock might not be available.

Edited on 20120929:
after providing my feedback to them, their sales representative follows up my case and offers me diamond with similar specs.
although the price is around 10% higher than the original one, i do appreciate their effort to comfort my feeling

20120927:
after checking on a few online sellers, I decided to order a diamond from B2C ....
After placing the order (including the payment instruction), I started to arrange my proposal, but a day after they just sent an email to me saying that the stock is no longer available!

how can they sell something that is not in their stock?

"I want to say I think B2C Jewels is a very fine company, and do their best to meet the customer's needs. I can attest also to their return policy is very simple and straight forward. What they say on their web site is accurate. I worked with Ben at B2C in purchasing an Oval diamond of D, VS2 a L:W ratio of 1.35-1.40, with minimal bow-tie affect. He came through, but unfortunately for B2C I found a different diamond locally, that although it was more expensive than B2C's stone, I liked the cut better on the local jewler's stone, so I ended up paying more by buying it locally. That said, I would definitely recommend to give B2C a shot, as they have a huge selection of diamonds available, at THE BEST PRICE. "
