"I ordered Final Cut Studio from Aztek for a significant discount. I called them first to verify stock and they assured me they still had 2 sets. That was on 9/30. On 10/01 (next day) I called them again to verify that they would ship and that all the payment information was correct. It took them some time to find my order (not very organized, could hear them shuffling through papers). Finally they put me on hold. About 5 minutes later they came back on and told me that there was 1 item left and it should go out tomorrow. I called them again on 10/02 in the morning and asked them again. I got the same shuffling of papers, same wait time, then the person said "um.....how can I tell you this? We don't have any more in stock". Now there was no hype, no pressure and the person I spoke to was very polite each time I spoke to him. I'm just dissappointed that I was essentially lied to about the sale in the first place. No harm done, just a delay as I can get it elsewhere. But will I go back to Aztek again?????? Not likely."
"I ordered a $77 motherboard, they "didn't process" my P.O. for 8 days. I call, they have the P.O. and I explain that now I need it overnighted. Their 8 day mental vacation cost me $50 - my $77 mobo now costs $127. I should mention that after I called to complain, they offered to pay tax?!?! I won't use them again."
"Aztek Computers backordered my entire order for almost a month. When I called to find out if they were ever going to ship any of the items, I was told to call back for 3 days. Now they are not answering their phone at either their local or 800 numbers."
"P47250,P47198, P47166 are all PO#'s of ours for orders placed at Aztec Computers in the month of January. We have not received an invoice for any of them to provide an invoice # above. Aztec has a problem shipping on time as promised."

"A little bit of a communications breakdown when ordering parts. Was told an item was "out of stock" via automated email... then told via phone that it was IN stock. Waited two weeks without the part, and was once again told that it was out of stock. The part arrived one day later.I'm neither satisifed nor dissatisfied with the service so far. Shipping took entirely too long for such an easy order, however. And the part that I ordered (unfortunately) doesn't fit the case I'm trying to put it in. Lets see how the return process goes.. more to come.*EDIT*Turns out I was wrong. I've been struggling for two weeks now, just to return the part. A restocking fee, I don't mind.. but when it takes over two weeks (and counting!) to even get an RMA/Return number, there's an issue. The worst part about the company, is that they seem to have a knack for lieing out the wazoo. I've been told "we'll work on it today, and give you an RMA / Return number in an hour or two" about five times now. Each and every time, I get nothing. Do yourselves a favor, and DO NOT BUY from this company, unless you want to deal with the headache, should something go wrong.I don't know if they used to be good, and changed management, or what... but one thing is certain. It takes too long to receive the product, and forever to get a response in regards to returning a product, at Aztek. Buyer beware, not reccomended, at all."
"I ordered a motherboard/CPU/Memory combo and also a case on 8/29/2006. I specifically asked that this equipment be tested prior to shipment and was asured that it would be. After numerous calls to find out where my order was I finally recieved it on 9/15/2006. Upon assembly of the equipment I was unable to get the computer to post. I called tech support (what a joke), Aztek computers does not have a tech support. Aztek computers claims they have tech support but in reality the same person answers for sales or tech support. I was told they could not help me with my problem and I was to call the manufacturer of the motherboard. On top of all this none of my order was pretested as requested, everything I order came in its orignal manufacturer sealed packaging. I have never been just blown off like I have with this company. I have recieved no real help and I have gotten nothing but the run around from Aztek Computers. It is 9/23/2006 and I am still without a computer. I am very dissatisfied and I warn all to stay away. Nothing but con artists."
"The biggest trouble I had with this reseller was communication breakdown. Their customer service is generally friendly and will always cooperate. However, when I called sales I specifically indicated that I was on the clock and I needed the order shipped very quickly. 5 days later I called and realized that not only did the order not ship (even when I was assured it was shipping the same day), but that the parts were out of stock. A little email notifying me of this fact was all I would have needed."
"I ordered via the AZTEKCOMPUTERS company web site 3 socket 754 computer motherboard/processor combo units. I was called 2 days after the order and told the items were out of stock, but for an exta shipping charge of $24.00 They could be ordered directly from the supplier. I was ok with this extra fee and agreed with the deal even though it added extra days to delivery time as I was on a timeline and did not want to look elsewhere.When I received the order on July 25th, the motherboards were the wrong parts. When I notified the company about this, I spoke with a Zahid Kinnare [firstname.lastname@example.org] I was sent an email containing a return UPS label while on the phone with him. I was told as soon as the item was scanned into the delivery system, that they would send out the correct parts to avoid any delay in my getting the motherboards. I shipped the items on the 28th of July.I made an inquiry at their web site on August 3'rd as I had not heard any response from them nor I had I received anything. I requested a date of shipment and a tracking number ( I will include the email I sent to AZTEK for more details).I recieved an email later that day with the following information: "We shipped them already Regards, Zahid Kinnare"There is no tracking number or shipment date. I sent another request for the shipping and tracking information and have not heard from the company yet. I went to there web site and logged into the account I set up, and did a search on my purchase history. I picked the combo units and the information stated that the parts were shipped on the 4th of august with a delivery date of the 8'th of August. So my complaint is a lack of support information and the company lied to me about when they shipped the items. I also find it disappointing that when they did ship, the item was sent ground shipping instead of overnight or 2 day delivery. This says to me I don't matter and I also find it somewhat tacky. They have interfered with a time line I have with this projectAt this time I await the order and am hopeful it arrives on time."
"fast service; when I had questions regarding the product they were very helpful. I thought I had received the wrong product and they willingly offered a refund but the product was correct and so no refund was needed."
"Purchased a Motherboard/CPU/Memory Combo. First let me say there was an issue with the product being on backorder. They promptly called me and the issue was resolved. Received my order shortly after (sooner than I expected) and all was in great condition and packaged very nicely. I am yet to have any problems with my purchase."
