"I had a small problem when a case I ordered from them turned out to be out-of-stock and discontinued, but it was easy enough to get the rest of my order shipped promptly. One of their reps called me and alerted me to the problem; he also gave me the option of ordering a different case right there on the phone though I did not have time to take him up on the offer. They overall have good service, good prices, and low shipping costs (especially if you order in bulk). Selection could be a wee bit better."

"Placed order and got e-mail that items had ship within 24 hours of order. 4 day later got call telling me items had been backordered for 2 weeks. Canceled order and went to Bestbuy and bought the items."

"My last shopping experience with this company was a complete nightmare! I ordered a motherboard from them for overnight delivery and it arrived on the specified date but was defective. I called them and was told to ship it back and they would refund not only the cost of the board but the shipping charges and ship me another board, I agreed to this.

After thinking about this for a short time, I called the company back and told them that I had decided that I just wanted a refund. They said no problem. I shipped the board back 2nd day air and when it was received. They shipped me another board via ground, which I specifically stated I didn't want. Now here's the kicker, they also charged me for a second board of the same type and overnight shipping which was never shipped.

Now I have over $300 of my money tied up with the company. I called them several times speaking to everyone from the sales personnel to the company CEO. They assured me money would be promptly refunded. It took over 3 weeks and the intervention of my bank (after I filed a dispute)to get my money back.

The shipping charges were never refunded as promised...I assure you I would never do business with this company again...they were not true to their word and that's all a consumer can go by. I'm writing this in hopes of preventing someone else from going through the same type of situation!

"Seller sent dead CPU, charged an additional shipping fee that I don't know where it came from, and charged a %15 restocking fee for returning the dead cpu.

I have since obtained another of the same CPU, and it is working fine in my machime. With the CPU Axion sent me, the machine wouldn't even boot."

"This was my first order from them, didnt know what to expect. but everything went smooth including talking to sever reps regards a paypal problem, We got everything ironed out and they shipped my item, and I received it a few days later. Will order again."

"SUPER FAST AND HONEST would be the words to describe Axiontech's service.
Hello, my experience with axiontech has been great from the beginning. I ordered a duplicator and someone by the name Chris Johnson was very helpful and also suggested some parts that would make my system better. A very knowledgeable person.
One thing about them is that they told me if it was in stock or not. Some other places told me they had the parts in stock but it was all lies ....
Also from the time I ordered until I got it in my hands, was very very fast. One day after the order I called and someone answer the phone and paged Mr. Chris Johnson who picked up the phone quickly.
If you need somthing FAST and at a great price call Axiontech (They don't rip you off on the shipping).
If you need to ask someone with a lot of knowledge
ask for Mr. Chris Johnson.
It's hard to find honest people this days, don't waste your money.I'm telling you, why go with someone else?."

"I placed an order for a Sandisk WiFi card and received an order confirmation. The card was listed as a special order item so I didn't expect immediate shipment. Two days later I received an email from Axion stating the card was discontinued and couldn't be ordered. The email asked for a response from me by phone (a toll call) or email. I emailed them saying to just cancel the order. The next day they phoned and left a message saying pretty much the same as their email, and asked me to call them back so they could get me a "comparable" product (I already know there isn't one). I again emailed them and asked the order be canceled. Later that day I tried canceling the order directly on their website,and the "cancel" link did not work. At this point it seems my order is evolving into a bait-and-switch. In any case, I'm calling my CC company and denying charges from them, its cheaper than making a toll call to Axion.

EDIT 11/20/06: I just checked my review and their rebuttal is to tell me to call their toll # to straighten it out? What a bunch of loons."

The first thing we do is email customer, and then we call. We might miss each other emails or phones, that is all. We never do "switch and bait". "We ordered a Power Supply for a customer of ours who had one of those lame Shuttle Cases. The PSU's are very hard to find, yet I found it here at AxionTech! Superb company. Ordered arrived quickly and safely. I called them beforehand to make sure everything was in stock, and they have some very nice people on the customer service end to assist me.. Thanks!!! A++++"
