Axiontech has two numbers on their website. If you call one number, you will not get a response.<br>2. Emails through axiontech.com are not read<br>3. A shipped item, will still show as \u0022Packed\u0022 in the item tracking on the site<br><br>However, orders are shipped the same day they are received which is good. If axiontech ever decided to get organized, they could become a good site for tech gear. I paid with PayPal this time, and I ordered the computer on a Friday and did not get any feedback from AxionTech.com until Tuesday. The phone numbers are a joke and the email, well lets just say I am still waiting for a response other than a computer generated one. The other time I had used my credit card and the next morning I was notified the computer had been shipped. It was difficult to know what to do since I was unable to reach anyone. They sent me defective DDR memory modules so I got an RMA# and I returned them by USPS from at local supermarket annex mail station (bad idea! A real Post Office Fedex and UPS will provide detailed receipt to verify returns). After weeks of waiting and several calls to CS Axiontech claimed they never received them. Funny that I\u0027ve never had anything else get lost in the mail as far back as I can remember. So I\u0027m out $160 bucks +S&H and their CS rep told me (in spite of my history of purchases with Axiontech) that I was OUT OF LUCK. "Complete lack of customer service.
I ordered a laptop last Friday. Today is Tuesday and it still had not even been charged to my card. I called one number multiple times and was disconnected. Called the second number and got ahold of somebody. He tells me they 'cannot verify my billing address'.
I ask him what is the problem, he cannot explain it. I confirm that they have the correct address. It's a normal VISA card, issued by my bank for my checking account. He asks for the telephone number on the back. Says he will call to verify it--whatever that is supposed to accomplish. Calls me back saying they won't give out customer information--DUH. What kind of company calls my local bank and asks the teller answering the phone for personal information? Years of ordering from the likes of Newegg, Amazon, eBay, as well as smaller companies and this has never come up.
I ask what I'm supposed to do. He acts like I'm asking in moonspeak. I say fine, cancel the order and I will take my money elsewhere.
Now I'm left more than a little concerned that they undoubtedly retain my personal information in their database, and I could not trust them less. Seems highly suspect."
