I live in Maryland, they are in NJ I ordered Tuesday afternoon and received ALL my packages the next day. I do not think a full 24 hours had passed!!! I used paypal so shipping was FREE!!! The only slight issue I had was that I ordered a glass break sensor with my alarm system they sent me a dual zone shock sensor but I am not complaining because it was FREE and I may not have read the promotion correctly,so I could be to blame.<br><br>I am a researcher and I looked at alarms and radios for about a week before I bought. There prices are very competitive they were higher on some items and lower on others. The free shipping and free glass break won me over. The speed impressed me because since it was free I expected the packages to get to me in 5 days or so.<br>I was also sent an email giving me access to selected areas of their site to help with my install. I have not visited that part of the site as yet. My car is getting a new paint job I get it in a week then I will use the site to install my crime stopper 502<br>I am 100% satisfied and would recommend this company for all your car electronics needs. "Scammed me out of $200 by not sending wiring harness at all; I got nothing. Said 3 times that item had shipped and then baited and switched me to another vendor. Said it was lost in the mail system and that a claim had been submitted. Strung me along continually. I reported him (one-horse operation; no other support) to the New Jersey Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office. This guy is dishonest; he has nothing but excuses for what happens. No integrity at all. Do not buy from this scam artist as he is out only for his own gain. People like this will someday get what is coming to them. Shame Shame. This is not the American way."
