posted May-17-2012 “When Customer Service is contacted, there is an automatic notation that goes into the order. I show no record that this customer ever contacted us about a retroactive discount on the order. The order was placed on 4/26 and shipped on 4/30, we did have a sale for this item that began on 5/1. We have emailed the customer and let them know if they call us back with the coupon code from their email we would be happy to refund the difference in the sale price.”
