"AVOID this seller. Purchased a KwikStart charger for emergencies. This was supposed to be one of the higher end brands. When I got it I followed the instructions on charging. I didn't use it because I had no need to at the time.
When I did it had been six months. Even after I explained to the seller that it was never used and was sent to me DOA. Their response: "Send it to the factory" Now this thing weighs 20lb and you have to pay shipping and they prorate the battery in it so you have to pay so much a day until it is in their possession.

I explained to the seller that this was a little different since it arrived defective and though maybe they would show some good customer service. You can look at this and tell it has never been used. I will never purchase anything from them again and advise friends and family to do the same. They have zero customer service. Their attitude is just suck it up. This was a $167 learning experience."

"I ordered 2 Milwaukee grease guns which offered a free extra battery with each. Received my order very promptly. The extra batteries were not included so emailed them asking if they were shipping separately and received response saying sold out of extra batteries sorry. Complaint sent to BBB of false advertising and the general manager closed the case saying they were not going to include the extra batteries. buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!! Would never deal with this place. Customer service is they are right and you are Wrong no matter what.
Scammers"

"I placed an order with automotivetoolsonline last Wednesday, (Jan 18th) and it arrived today. (January 24th) Everything was packed very well, the box arrived in great shape and the order was exactly as expected. I received an email notification that the order was received and ready to ship. (Tracking number included) I also receievd a confirmation email that the package haad been delivered. The price was about 20% less than I was able to find anywhere else. I have nothing but good things to say about the company and service. Highly recommend them."

"I was very pleased with both the price and speed of delivery. I purchased a Makita polisher model 9227cx3 which included a Makita duffel bag and two polishing pads. The cost was 155.00, 169.00 with shipping. Cheaper than anywhere else. I placed my order on 04/19/11 and it was delivered 04/21/11. Great price, fast delivery and a user friendly website. I will definitely order from them again."

"Was a little hesitant to order from AutomotiveToolsOnline.com, their website could use some polish, and the price on the items I ordered was almost half that of other retailers - usually a warning sign.

But, with the reviews I read on here, and the security of credit card charge backs, I am happy to report that my items 1) arrived 2) well packed and 3) quickly. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience, and would gladly do business with them again. Also, shopping there saved me about 40% compared to others!"

"I placed an order on Monday and recieved it on a Wednesday. Two days to get from Indiania to Maryland via regular UPS ground is really good. Everything I ordered was exactly as expected and I would order from them again. The only thing that was even remotely questionable was that the order confirm email was blank except for the subject line. I would definately order from them again!"

"Excellent online purchasing experience. I was interested in ordering a SG23500 Short Circuit Finder from automotivetoolsonline.com but was concerned that I would not receive the item by the weekend. Their customer service phone number rings over to a recorded message, but they returned all of my emails within minutes of being sent. They were able to assure me that the item was in stock and would arrive in time.
The SG23500 was delivered the day after I placed the order."

"I ordered an Equus 5568 Pro timing light late afternoon on Friday 10/02/2009 and UPS delivered before noon on Wednesday 10/07/2009. The order process and shipment went smoothly. I did send them an email on Tuesday questioning when my order would be shipped and delivered and within a couple hours I was notified by Automotive Tools Online and by UPS that it had been shipped and was scheduled for delivery the following day.
The price on the tool was very good and shipping charges were reasonable.....I would order from them again. Thank You
