"Ordered new brake pads, rotors, and brake pad sensors for my 1999 Porsche Boxster. These guys were the cheapest around and the were extremely professional. Package was delivered exactly on time and the shipping was free. They are the best online auto reseller for foreign cars that I've seen. Easily 50% cheaper than everyone else. "

"My first purchase was so easy. I was attracted by the best prices on the internet and availability of the parts I required. The web site was extremely easy to use. The icing on the cake was the fabulous service I received. Instant order confirmation e-mail, notification of shipment (my a real person) with shipping numbers, super fast shipping (next day) from their facility (this means they stock the products they sell) and professional packaging with every item separated in the package.

I was so impressed with my first purchase that I made my second purchase today and I am sure there will be more purchases in the future. I highly recommend this company for your European auto part needs.

"I have bought some maintenance parts, brake rotors, brake pads, spark plugs and filters for my 2001 WV Passat from this store. The order was placed online at 11 AM August 9th 2006. Very soon after placing the order I called to see if it was going to be shipped in the same day. No waiting time on the phone line and excellent customer service.Parts were shipped in the same day with UPS (shipping was free because the oreder was over $50).Tracking number was provided almost instantly.I've received the parts that I paid for today (three business days later)in their original sealed boxes.I recomand this store to everybody and I will buy from them again.Prior to order at this store I have done research for more than 2 days.I have read reviews for more than 30 online stores and decided to try this store.I am very happy with my decision.Outstanding! "I bought some BMW brake pads, sensors and a CV joint from fom Autohaus Arizona after they were recommended on a forum. The parts were a lot cheaper than I would have bought at the dealer and were shipped the next day after I put in the order (to be fair I put the order late at night after business hours) and sine it was over $50 I got free UPS 7-day shipping. The site is easy to navigate and to pick out the right car, and when I called the toll free number I was able to quickly talk to a person who was friendly and knowledgeable, and they seem to have a good variety of parts in stock, even the somewhat hard to get rear rotors for my BMW. I am happy with the overall transaction and all the parts fit perfectly."

"I've been ordering form AutohausAZ for years. Their prices are excellent, they ship right away and they store your maintenance schedule for you. They only get their parts from trusted manufacturers and usually the one that originally made the part for VW or Audi. You will always get a part from a country where people eat with forks and knives, so you don't need to worry about inferior quality."

"Just when I thought AutohausAZ had been classified in my mental file as one of the best places to go to for auto parts, I find that I have to add another classification. This is a classification that no other company has ever earned in my years of doing business, first by mail order and now via the internet. Simply put, it is clear to me that AutohausAz has figured out AND executed the formula for creating the most satisfying, rewarding, and trouble-free shopping experience: Fair prices, large inventory, accurate order processing and fulfillment, lightning fast communications updating the customer every step of the way, excellent and responsive customer service, on top of free shipping and no sales tax.

By executing on the above formula, AutohausAZ has filled a void, a void which gets larger and larger with every passing internet day and with every other company out there seeming to be out of touch with either their inventory or with what their customers want or both!

Some of my previous orders were for my Porsche Boxster, but when my girlfriend's Toyota Celica GT and her Infiniti G20 needed suspension, brake, and ignition parts a few days ago, I placed two separate orders and sitting here right now I still can't believe how well every aspect of the two transactions were handled. This is especially surprising because I have dealt with AutohausAz numerous times before and did not think it was possible, in this internet age, for AutohausAZ to outdo itself.

You have set a very high bar indeed for how business should be conducted, as your method of doing business makes the customer feel really good about buying needed repair parts. A slip-up in any part of the transaction would result in having to reschedule the repair, or to juggle one's busy schedule. With AutohausAZ, there doesn't seem to be any reason to worry about that eventuality. I am confident that if there was ever a slip-up, I couldn't be in better hands.

The closest comparison I can come up with is that, even though the transaction is being conducted on the internet, it is better and less time consuming than going to the local chain auto parts store. It is more like going to the "pro-desk" at the old-time independent auto parts places I used to frequent. The parts get here that quickly, even with groung shipping!!!

Thank you for making my car repairs more enjoyable and for elevating my stature in my girlfriend's eyes!
