reply posted Jun-13-2013 “Orders submitted before 1pm MST (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays) ship either the same day or the following business day.
We can't guarantee same day shipping, but we do guarantee orders submitted by 1pm MST will ship no later than the following business day. This order was placed after 1pm on 6/10/13 and shipped on 6/12/13.
Ground shipping may take up to 5-7 business days, regardless of your proximity to Arizona, because some parts may ship directly from a manufacturer or importer but, this order was delivered today, 6/13/13.
The previous order was placed after 1pm on 5/6/13 and shipped on 5/8/13 with a delivery date of 5/9/13. When the customer requested to downgrade the shipping method, the refund for the difference was done same day. The core return for this order was refunded on 5/13/13, after it was received.
These orders were shipped and delivered on time for the shipping method selected.”

I am finding that the parts are shipped twice causing a 4 to 5 day wait time BEFORE the item is even shipped. Total time has been 6 or more days. Also I have to say that communication with their customer service has not been customer friendly . They do NOT go the extra mile to explain or make up for the delays. And I have to say ,that I was mislead by there responses or two ocassions. In a sentence- I am finding other sources now that ship faster and have better on site or in warehouse availability for my parts. I tried Autohaus one more time thinking the first delay was not normal- but twice in a row- slow service again. In comparison to other sources I am not pleased with Autohaus.
