If i were to scale my experience 1-10, 10 being the best, it's an 11. Easy online process, log on and payment. Good communication, activation of my account and purchase order. Best thing is next day shipping and was at my door step after 2 days. Best price I've seen vs other online competitors and dealer pricing. Part arrived well packed and as described. I'm a member of Bimmerfest an online BMW forum and shared my great experience w/ autohausAZ. I'm well satisfied w/ the sales, shipping and product I purchased. Will definitely look forward to further business w/ autohausAZ.

I have used AutohausAZ many times in the past & have always been most satified. The prices are great and the orders have always been filled promptly and accurately. I think you may find the occasional online vendor out there with a slightly cheaper price, but once you consider the free shipping on orders over $50, AutohausAZ consistently beats them!!!

AutohausAZ.com has had all the parts I've needed for my 1978 Mercedes, easy to navigate website, $50+ ships free and I usually have my stuff the next day or day after using their cheapest shipping option. They have parts that I absolutely can't find either locally, or cheaper anywhere else online. Kick *ss.

Super fast service bar none! I lost a clutch slave cylinder a couple days before my last day to have the smog check done. Called Autohaus past the friday shipping time, told thursday delivery which was one day past my smog registration time limit. They went the extra mile on a Red delivery, had it 9:20 AM that next monday. Just in time plus between rain storms in the S.F. bay area to install. I buy from them many times when I can. I am very satisfied with my transaction with autohausAZ. They shipped my order the same day it was placed, and it arrived 3 days later. Everything I ordered was included and was excellent quality. They sent a shipping notification including a tracking number. I'm not sure what else I could ask for, except maybe the option to use a different shipping service since I'm not a fan of UPS.

Very pleased with the product and the timely shipment. I think the instructions leave a bit to be desired so thankfully it is not complicated and I can remember the placement of all the pieces.

Autohaus AZ is the best source with the best online service for VW parts I know of.

First time ordering from this supplier and was very pleased. Web site was easy to navigate with mostly OEM parts pertinent to the car and at the lowest prices! Ordered the parts, which shipped free UPS Ground, and had them the next day to the west coast of CA, complete and in good condition. autohauzAZ is definitely my new go-to auto parts supplier! I have beena customer of Autohaus AZ for many years. I used to pick up parts directly from their location when I lived in Phoenix, but unfortunately they stopped that service. Once I ordered a gasket kit that turned out to be backordered, and they called me directly to let me know about the delay. Their free shipping on orders over $50 is excellent, and they usually ship my orders on the same day I place them. I have never had to return anything, so I cannot comment on their policies in that regard. Overall, their prices are competitive with other internet parts retailers, and their price of many items is the absolute best. My only complaint is that they do not offer parts packages like other online parts sites - for example, a VW/Audi 1.8T timing belt service kit. I was forced to use a different website for such a kit when I priced the same parts on Autohaus AZ and the total was almost $50 for the same parts. But I am very happy with Autohaus AZ for what I do buy from them.

Well the over the phone customer service was very fast, knowledgeable and straight forward to help me choose the part i needed. This is second time i bought from AutohausAZ and so far it has been smooth, although first time i ordered i received a wrong part number but they gladly guided me through the return process. Another great thing about AutohausAZ is the free shipping, its definitely saved me some good amount of money. And most importanlty All of the equipment i got was OEM which is always a high quality part. I will be returning back to AutohausAZ for all my bmw's needs in future.
