With one notable exception they have provided excellent service and quality parts.<br><br>The exception was with tie rods I got from them that I had to re-replace after just a little more than a year of light use (all the rubber boots had disintegrated in that time).<br><br>AutohausAZ customer service first ignored my email to them concerning the tie rods. On a second attempt they replied, but told me (in essence) that I should not have expected more life from the tie rods, as I had ordered the less-expensive of the options they offered.<br><br>Again, that was my only bad experience with them, after countless orders and thousands of dollars in parts. But that was enough to make me look for other sources. After installation my vehicle had a vibration in the front end starting at 50 MPH. I had new tires installed, front end alignment and new bushings installed, unfortunately the vibration is still there. My BMW repair shop concluded that at least one of the front rotors was out of balance.<br>I have called AutohausAZ several times and left messages and they never return my calls. I give them a "F" for no-service customer service. Their website is easy to navigate, they have several ways to look up parts and parts are quick and easy to find. Their prices are very reasonable. I can usually order OE parts cheaper than after market and they fit perfectly with no modifications. My orders are always accurate and ship out quickly, usually arriving before the estimated date. They are my #1 go to site for parts. Free shipping on orders over $50 is also a plus but I think they should offer a cheaper alternative for smaller parts by priority mail since USPS offers cheap if it fits it ships prices. I recently hit a deer and needed a headlight to get back on the road quickly.
