We can't guarantee same day shipping, but we do guarantee orders submitted by 1pm MST will ship no later than the following business day. This order was placed after 1pm on 6/10/13 and shipped on 6/12/13.
Ground shipping may take up to 5-7 business days, regardless of your proximity to Arizona, because some parts may ship directly from a manufacturer or importer but, this order was delivered today, 6/13/13.
The previous order was placed after 1pm on 5/6/13 and shipped on 5/8/13 with a delivery date of 5/9/13. When the customer requested to downgrade the shipping method, the refund for the difference was done same day. The core return for this order was refunded on 5/13/13, after it was received.
These orders were shipped and delivered on time for the shipping method selected.”
