"I got a GM Accel remote mount coil and a set of Accel 8 mm Super Stock plugwires for my GMC S15 4 banger. The coils price was equal to the lowest price I could find on the web and the plug wires were $5 dollars cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Shipping was Free being as the total bill was over $50 dollars and it was fast. I ordered the coil and plug wires on the May 16 and on May 17 recieved a email with FedEx Tracking links. The parts arrived on May 19. Couldn't ask for better service, maybe I got lucky. But I would deal with them again. "

"I ordered an ignition switch for a Nissan 240sx on a Saturday. It seems like they tend to ship from Ohio, so my order was shipped Monday and I received it on Tuesday. Part as described and was the solution to my problem! I know a lot of people have left a lot of negative feedback, and their "support" can be difficult, but if the correct part is ordered there shouldn't be any problems."

"I do most of my buying transactions over the Internet. I find it more convenient especially with regards to time. I'm refrained from almost all the hassles compared to going directly to the shops.
Though I've been doing this for such a time already, I still notice setbacks from doing transactions in the net.
Just recently I tried to purchase an auto part from autopartswarehouse.com -- thinking it will be less cumbersome going to an auto shop, pick-up the part, spend for gasoline, waste hours going there and back home.
I can say I'm a satisfied customer. It was nice doing business with them. It was easier, in short, a good online shopping experience. I received my order on time without any defect (unlike from other dealers/retailers). Another good thing about them is the discount they give.

"It's my first time to buy online. I had a lot of hesitations at first, like would my order be delivered, would my transaction be successful, would my credit card account be safe from fraud.
I visited the site autopartswarehouse.com -- result from google search -- and hoped this site can be trusted.
Gratefully, I received my Volvo S70 tail light on time. It cost me minimal. No defects! Lesser hassles."

"This place has a good selection and good prices.

Their shipping was fast and free! Even for the heavy brake discs I ordered.

They gave me a refund for a part that was back ordered. Some places won't even tell you, they just hold your order until it's available. These guys gave me my money before they alerted me it was out of stock. I liked that. It showed me that they were concerned with how I would feel rather than making money."

"Needed a bearing/hub for my Nissan Murano. Checked with the local parts store (where I can get parts at-cost) and they wanted $174. Checked with the local Nissan dealer, and they wanted $198. Found Auto Parts Warehouse, and they had it for $124. Got it in a timely fashion and have it installed on the vehicle.

Then, they started emailing me discounts, to use on subsequent orders. Anywhere from $5 to $15 on my next order. In fact, all told, I have gotten 3 emails from them in a 10 day period...a Bonus! "Welcome" discount, and All-Pro discount for my Nissan, and an additional discount to make up for a supposed error that they made applying the original Instant Discount to my order when I placed it (got that?). It is not spamming, but it is probably unnecessary.

Went back to order an ABS sensor from them for the same car. Their price was $176, but they offered a price match guarantee. I had to submit a form showing where I'd seen it for $147. Waited, waited, and by that evening, it was obvious I was not going to get an answer that day. Needed to order the part, and was about ready to give up. Finally got an email from them stating that they'd received my email and were considering my price match request.

So, I got online and continued surfing, and eventually found the part for $115 from RockAuto.com, shipped.

The bearing/hub was priced competitively, but if they can match any price, doesn't that mean they're already overcharging their customers? Just a thought.

Regardless, I was happy with the service and product I received from Auto Parts Warehouse, even though some of the reviews I read here are scary. Nonetheless, if their price was competitive, I might consider ordering from them again."

"When I started looking for a antenna mask for my lexus, i was told by Dealers and auto part stores I could not find that part, try a junk yard. But you were on the mark I ordered and got the part within four days, GREAT JOB, I'm a satified and new customer"
