"The company is good for sales, but get ready-- if you have questions about what you purchased, GOOD LUCK. Once you place your order, the order is not cancelable -- PERIOD. I ordered a catalytic converter Bosal W0133-1712872. They did not mention that NO gaskets or nut/bolts are included as many other sellers provide. Called back and I felt as though I was speaking to people in India on all of my calls. Their "knowledgable staff" as referred to in the hold music, are hardly that at all. I delt with a bunch of idiots. There are 7 different CC's that fit my Hoda Civic EX from Bosal and they could not tell me, and WOULD NOT tell me which Bosal part I ordered. This was a call that I placed 5 MINUTES after I ordered. So? I asked them to cancel my order. "Sorry Sir. That is impossible, your order has already processed and payment posted." These people screw you around like no other outfit I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

"Customer service sucks. I received a defective part and now a month later I still haven't been able to get a replacement or credit for it. Don't buy from this store.
Update... 1/29/2009 - still no refund.
update... 4/1/2009 - finally received refund almost 4 months after I requested it.
This took at least 10-15 emails and calls."

"The customer service from this company is nonexistent. I purchased front and rear brake pads based on the suggestion for my vehicle make and model on the website. Turns out the website was wrong, my vehicle needed drum brakes for the rear not disc as indicated. I contacted them via e-mail as suggested for returns. The immediate reply is why was the part wrong, which was in the e-mail had they taken the time read it. However, I explained myself again. The next e-mail requested my VIN. Hesitant about providing that information I replied with the VIN. The next time I heard from them was 9 days later WHEN I CALLED THEM. I had to speak with 4 different people (3 hung up on me) before I could get any help. If you need to purchase auto parts go to a reputable company. This crackpot operation bamboozles you when you need customer service. I'm not one of those people who believe the customer is always right because they aren't. But when you don't hear from a customer service based business as a paying customer that's just ABSURD! Clearly when a company outsources their customer service to a call center in India you should beware of them and their practices. And that goes for any company! "

"This company shipped and billed for a truck tailgate, without my permission. NOW THEY WON'T PICK IT UP/RETURN IT and this big box is sitting in my living room. I've called every day, written emails, but no response. How hard is it to send their shipping company - another loser Associated Global Systems, to pick it up and who won't let me refuse the package, or pick it up to return it without Auto Warehouse's permission. I can't get these numbers to get them to return it. You cannot talk to anyone in shipping to get the return receipt #'s to schedule a return pick-up. IT'S INSANE!!! REALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!!!"

ResellerRatings.com TOP REVIEWER!

"I ordered some car parts from this company. Half of it came and the other half was missing or lost during delivery. It took many calls and many months later to finally get a partial refund back."

"Same story as everyone else. They sold me the incorrect WeatherTech part and won't give me an RMA # (they also play games on the phone, like making you wait a very long time on hold).

I wrote WeatherTech and suggested that they not associate themselves with such an unethical company."

"This place really blows - avoid like the plague. Ordered part, received something entirely different. Called to get it replaced with correct part - no no no: had to wait for a return authorization and bring to UPS (not regular mail) and then wait for them to recieve that plus my VIN # and lots of other information. Then they would refund my money and told me to then reorder - yeah right, after all that crap - start the process over again???"

"Bad company. They claim to have parts they do not have and just never ship. When you call to inquire, they claim they "just" credited you account and sent an email to that effect, which I never received. This has happened twice to me. I think they just want the float on your money. Don't waste your time."

"Autopartswarehouse aka the Parts bin, Auto Parts Network, usauroparts.com, and many other names.

Its really hard to believe that APW has such a good rating from Resellers when they actively give their customers credit card numbers to scammers. I wouldnt be surprised if they get a kickback and are an active player in this scam.

I bought some brakes from Autoparstwarehouse.com and after they arrived, APW sent me an email to fill out to receive $10 on my next purchase. I started to fill out the form and then realized that they were asking way too many questions and did not finish the form. It was too late, a few weeks later I got a Visa bill for $12 from Complete Savings. Appearently when you sign up for the discount you are actually tricked into signing up for a monthly subscription for $12 from Complete Savings. Read the small print. I called Visa to dispute the charge and I called Complete Savings to cancel the subscription and they informed me that they got my credit card number from APW. All you have to do is copy the last 4 digits of your credit card number to start the $12/month subscription. I received no emails or anything of value from CS. I checked them both out on Google and read about this scam between APW and many others with CS. My recommendation: dont buy from APW and dont sign up for the $10 discount on your next purchase."
